Average hotel for average stay. Good for price. Must take car to go out.. nothing walkable. Many schools nearby.

Although Novotel is not located in the core area of the Confucius Temple at Xinjiekou, the seamless connection of Metro Line 4 and the Zhongshan Scenic Area are right in front of us. Quiet place but far from the city center, however the metro station is just nearby.

I liked this hotel for the business trip I was on. I usually choose hotels based on whether or not they have a fitness centre which this one did. However the treadmill was quite old and I think an upgrade here would be important. The temperature inside the room was very hot and although we called to see if something could be done about this we were told this was standard across the hotel.

Good for price! Make sure you have accommodation, not much in surrounding!

Terrible experience!! Doesn’t meet the standard of 5 stars! It’s just terrible! My daughter had an egg with dead chicken! This property is in the commercial district close to lot of companies and Sunning hq , it was great during the holidays as it served as quite empty district ,, the pool is great usually crowded with kids learning how to swim , breakfast is good with multiple options , the staff is great 👍

Hotel restaurant better then last year but still not normal for 5 star international hotel. Customer travel will excpet to order food at hotel restaurant.

The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate family of 4 during our trip. The pool was nice and the lobby restaurant staff were very helpful seating us during a busy weekend dinner rush

The hotel is set in lovely grounds . Our kingsize room was big with seating area and lovely views . We booked a quiet zone room which it was and wasnt disturbed by a thing. Jori was friendly and helpful and facilities within the hotel were good.Breakfast was also good in the morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely visit again.
