Booked this hotel because my other hotel ghosted me. I was able to check in 10 minutes after booking, and this place was amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very modern. In the bathroom, the toilet had a heated seat, and there was a little mini washer under the sink. The front desk staff were very helpful. And I would highly recommend this place. It's in a good location with lots of food around and is easily accessible via public transportation.

The hotel staff were friendly, location is good, 5 minute from the metro, lots of local Chinese food joints close by. Overall good experience. The downside was that the bathroom had a bad drain smell. Probably the absence of traps in their plumbing system.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to China. The entire room is intelligently designed with voice-controlled features, adding a modern and convenient touch to our experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the metro station—making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and impressively organized, especially in handling luggage, which made us feel very secure. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room looked exactly like the photos on their website! It matched our expectations perfectly, making us feel immediately comfortable and assured in our choice.

I stayed here for 4 nights. My first impression was that the room was quite small and the staffs could not speak English. However, other things here were good. Even though all staffs could not speak English, they were very friendly and supportive. The room was cleaned and restocked with facilities every day. There is a robot that delivers foods to your room from food delivery services, which excited me.

Absolute pleasant experience, super modern and advanced in technology due to the new building renovation. Such a clean feel to it, really good location for the price. Only downside was the light sensors that turned on by themself sometimes.

The room was much better than expected! The staff was also very patient and responsible. The room was very tidy and cleaned promptly, but it was a little bit not soundproof. If someone was talking in the corridor, you could hear it clearly. It's close to the subway station Line 4, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk.

1. We booked a room with two 1.3-beds, but they said they would upgrade us for free. One room has a 1.2 and the other has a 1.5. We are two adults with two children, and the 1.2 bed cannot accommodate one adult and one child. So we said we don’t want an upgrade and just want the room we booked. The hotel staff said they didn’t have it. Haha, it turns out they didn’t have it. They tricked us into upgrading for free, which was a lie. 2. We were traveling with children and originally booked a homestay near Confucius Temple. We were worried about the hygiene, so we changed to a hotel farther away. As a result, there were hairs in the cup, 2 hairs on the bed sheet, and underwear in the bathroom. Is this completely uncleaned? There are children as well. It was so uncomfortable. The next day, we asked the staff if the bed sheets were changed. They said that they were changed every three days and it was impossible to change them every day. 3. We booked in the morning, the price was 310. In the evening, the same room type was priced at 260u

I came to Nanjing for a May Day trip and booked a room in advance through Ctrip. I didn't have much hope for the special price, but the service of the store was so good that I, who seldom leave comments, couldn't help but comment. First of all, if you check in before 6pm, you can check out for free. The customer service guy called us at around 5pm to remind us carefully. After arriving at the store, the brother and sister at the bar had a very good service attitude. They helped us check in in time and patiently explained the precautions, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The room is also equipped with a small washing machine and a refrigerator. Although we didn’t use them, we felt that the hotel was very thoughtful!
