Boutique Hotel Minzifa is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned. It’s really quiet and I heard no noise during the night. The staff are really friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast is also really nice and it can be eaten in a beautiful environment. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and all of the attractions. The hotel also offers a walking tour which we took and it was very informative and well planned! If I come back to Bukhara I will definitely be staying here again!

I seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!

The hotel is located in the ancient city of Bukhara and it takes about ten minutes to walk to nearby attractions, which is quite convenient. There are several hotels with similar names around here. We looked at three of them before we found one. We took a taxi but it went too far, so we walked back. The small courtyard is not big, the room is on the second floor and there is no elevator. The waiter will help carry the luggage. The breakfast is rich, but I think the price is a little high.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, and you can easily reach all the sights on foot. The accommodation is really well done in an old madrasa. Each room has a different look. The breakfast room is something very special. Everything is just great. Many thanks to all the staff.

Most of the hotels in Bukhara are in alleys. However, most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel interior was nice and clean. The male staff spoke English and were friendly. The breakfast was also great.

The location is okay. It is located in a small alley lined with many B&Bs and hotels in the old city. It is about a five-minute walk from the pond in the center of the old city. It’s not too far to go to any of the castles. The facilities are decent. I live in a sunken underground courtyard, which is very quiet and has a good environment. There are also first and second floors. The room facilities are mediocre. It can only be said that they are similar to Chinese Home Inns or Hanting Hotels. They are the facilities of a budget hotel. Moreover, the flow of water from the nozzles is not large. I can only say that the facilities are so-so, so I will make do with it. The breakfast has no special features. Like other hotels along the way, there are just a few things, and few are suitable for Chinese stomachs, so it is difficult to comment. The service is pretty good, all questions are answered, the front desk speaks English fluently, and communication is basically barrier-free. However, when the disposable dental appliances were used up, they were not replaced and they had to go to the front desk to get them. There are several people named minzifa. When taking a taxi, you will encounter minzifa travel first, and then hotel minzifa. Don’t make a mistake.

Located in the old town of Bukhara, it was a convenient location for sightseeing. Also, everyone at the front desk was very kind and the room was very comfortable.

海外宿泊サービスとしては珍しく、従業員から声を掛けてこられ、もてなしを感じた。チェックアウトの時間を融通してくれるなど、対応も良かった。 場所は観光スポットに近い立地で、建物は木の作りを基調としたおしゃれなもので、観光気分を盛り上げてくれる。 十分におすすめできる。

結果延泊するぐらい、滞在してよかったです。 立地は徒歩圏内で観光ナイスです👍 歴史的旧市街にありがちな、車🚗が通れない道とかあったりするのですが、 ホテル前まではタクシーが入れる道で便利。 帰りに、駅までのタクシーをアプリで呼んだときは、 通れない道からタクシーが来てしまい、 少し離れた場所で待機状態になり、困っていたら、 スタッフの方が、声をかけてくれて、 荷物まで運んでくれて、タクシーの待機場所まで辿りつく事ができました。 朝無事に電車に乗れたので、本当に感謝です🥹💕

トータル3泊しました。 とにかく中庭がオススメです。メドレセを改装した宿なので、部屋に窓はありませんが、代わり素敵な中庭があります。一日リモート勤務をしていましたが、Wi-Fi完備なので中庭から勤務していました。ラビハウスまで5分も掛からない立地も素晴らしいです。 また次回も是非滞在したいです。
