the hotel is very clean, its my second time here and the filipino receptionist man who help me how to go to hk is very accomodating and friendly im satisfied to my stayed ill be back for sure ❤️

Staff is very service oriented. Room was quite comfortable for the price. Location is just ok, not bad but no big highlights either about it. I could repeat this hotel if come back to Macau.

The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee.

Pleasant stay near the LRT(about 10 mins walk). Hotel is old externally, but inside acceptable. Breakfast selection is average.

It was a comfortable place in terms of location. The place was clean. There is a 7/11 nearby and also a bakery. Amenities are provided, but the bottles of water provided were small.

The bellboy was helpful and friendly. Appreciate the front desk lady that accommodate to my request to have a room facing old horse racing club.

Amazing room with modern furniture and location was just excellent to most of the best casino. Will come and stay here again.

Staff was courteous. Free bus service to Gongbei port for travellers to Zhuhai. Location was good with lots of good food around. Room was quiet

Free shuttle bus provided. But we missed the timing upon arrival from Hong Kong. We took a cab to Grandview instead. There is a Filipino Porter with the name starts with D is very helpful and friendly. He proactively helping us to unload our two big and heavy luggages from our cab. In addition, he suggested where to go with the booklet and map provided. On the day of checkout, he assisted us on the shuttle bus arrangement.

1st i requested for a room near the elevator and bathrobe upon booking but they put me far from elevator then when i come to the room my requested bathrobe wasnt there this was the second time. Then the AC have problem the room is too cold i even turned off the AC for 2 nights but nothing change. please check the room if everything was working properly

Rooms are big, near lrt.. food and marts nearby. Overall all ok.

When checked in on 23rd Mar around 6.30-7pm local time saw a group of mostly 20 people standing at the reception yet there was only 1 male receptionist and he was not proactive to asked for team help with the guest who standing to queue waiting for check in . Instead he should know there was to took longer time for the ground’s check in and let it queue. The rest is good and convenient for explosure.

We stayed at the Grandview Hotel for just one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. My son was feeling some discomfort in his leg, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They recommended a Chinese doctor, helped us get in touch with them to confirm their hours, and even guided us on how to get there, as it wasn't near the hotel. We really appreciated their kindness and support. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 7-minute walk from Jockey Club Station. It's easy to take buses to nearby attractions, though they can get quite crowded. My only feedback would be regarding the shuttle service. After taking the ferry from Hong Kong to the Taipa Ferry Terminal, we couldn't find the shuttle at the terminal despite walking the entire ground floor. When we asked the staff about the pick-up point, they seemed unsure as well. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer information about the shuttle service on their website.
