the hotel is very clean, its my second time here and the filipino receptionist man who help me how to go to hk is very accomodating and friendly im satisfied to my stayed ill be back for sure ❤️

The facilities are good, there are many restaurants and stores nearby.

Staff is very service oriented. Room was quite comfortable for the price. Location is just ok, not bad but no big highlights either about it. I could repeat this hotel if come back to Macau.

The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee.

Pleasant stay near the LRT(about 10 mins walk). Hotel is old externally, but inside acceptable. Breakfast selection is average.

It was a comfortable place in terms of location. The place was clean. There is a 7/11 nearby and also a bakery. Amenities are provided, but the bottles of water provided were small.

The bellboy was helpful and friendly. Appreciate the front desk lady that accommodate to my request to have a room facing old horse racing club.

Amazing room with modern furniture and location was just excellent to most of the best casino. Will come and stay here again.

Staff was courteous. Free bus service to Gongbei port for travellers to Zhuhai. Location was good with lots of good food around. Room was quiet

It was very happy staying there. All the staff and helpful and have good service. The location is near in tourist spot.

We booked this hotel for TXT's macau concert at the galaxy arena and the location of the hotel to the arena is very straightforward and easy to get to. even from the touristy areas too, you can get just get the MT4 and some other buses to the hotel location. Super convenient! The staff are kind and helpful as well.

I was rejected to check in hotel on 7 May 25. even though I explained that I have the valid Working Permit. The front desk still insist me to present the immigration paper. Finally the Trip.com helps to negotiate with the hotel. but the front desk declined that he has got this message. I am sure I have told them on that night. Finally hotel still charged me 180 dollars . this was really bad experience
