Great place to stay. I received a free early check-in room, free late check out and everyone were very friendly and professional. Nice Room with a beautiful view. Good breakfast. Near transportations, restaurantes and coffee shops. Free transfers to the border. I will stay here again for sure.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They have staff who could support in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Check in and out time was quick and painless and they'll recommend you using e-payment to make the check out easier. The room looks, feels and smells clean. The location is not too bad and if you take the underground path to go under the roundabout, it'll save you at least 5 mins to walk back to the Cunha Street.

Hotel was renewed surprisingly hotel now provided shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion!!! Even provide shuttle bus to the airport, ferry terminal, port etc. room renewal with a huge tv, king size bed which can accommodate up to 3 adults!! Tile in the bath also new. Check in staff asking question and offered hotel provide shuttle bus so he suggested me to cancel my taxi booking to save money. Other side, guests must paid 500 HKG dollars for room deposit even I have paid for the room but also understand the policy. During check out 16/6/2025 the cashier lady wasn’t seems present or try to follow up with housekeeping,. She saids comeback after 5 mins. When other guest gone I have followed up with her she try to call & keep walking at the area. The worst part was once she defined my money she just handled to me like money has no value and not even say even here is your deposit or even says thank you!!  At first I want to rate hotel 9 out of 10 but with this lady attitude I would give 7/10. Please improve exp in the morning guest should leave with present smile not staff attitude. Don’t judge people by their appearance , we have long travel to go we not gonna wear brand name to attack thief’s or to impress staff. Anyway I would recommend this hotel for people who come here even short or long period. It’s good value for money. And convenient. Near by have many local restaurants or Mcsonalds, supermarket. Easy catch bus 25B, 26A to Taipa or tourist spots. I decide to stay this hotel cause my last night in Macau. I have lives here for almost 2 years to work. And will definitely back to this hotel if I’m back or traveling to Macau. And Hopefully the cashier lady will put smile on the pretty face.

A decent hotel in a good location. Rooms are a little bit dated right now but there’s a refurbishment project going on to renovate them to a more modern standard.

the hotel is very clean, its my second time here and the filipino receptionist man who help me how to go to hk is very accomodating and friendly im satisfied to my stayed ill be back for sure ❤️

The facilities are good, there are many restaurants and stores nearby.

The room is clean and tidy, with very good ventilation and air conditioning. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes walking distance from 官也街. I enjoyed the stay very much.

We arrived hotel at 4 pm but the room was still not ready. There was no compensation whatsoever.

Staff is very service oriented. Room was quite comfortable for the price. Location is just ok, not bad but no big highlights either about it. I could repeat this hotel if come back to Macau.

The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee.
