前台小哥哥服務很熱情，人也很帥，酒店乾淨整潔，床上用品用着很舒適，不錯，下次長隆開業會選擇住這裏，性價比非常高！玩得很開心

本來以為是維也納，沒想到不是，跟前台説話愛答不理的，冷眼相待，就算外面吃個腸粉老闆也會笑臉相迎吧？浴室門也沒有，地板一堆毛髮，空調還不制熱

房間乾淨衞生，佈置得很舒服，出入前台都會問好，前台小哥還幫忙把行李送去房間，服務非常周到細緻，有機會還會住在這裏

當時是凌晨四點左右到的酒店，因為一直走高速開車，已經很累了，想着到酒店好好休息一下，沒想到衞生好像沒搞一樣，讓人很不舒服。但開了一宿的車，實在沒力氣換房了，最後還是將就睡了。 房間不乾淨地方如下： 1、進房間想洗個手，然後看到洗手池邊上有褐色斑點，開點水就能擦掉的斑點。 2、衞生間的地板有垃圾也沒有清掃乾淨。 3、馬桶圈也沒有清理。 4、床上被單有頭髮，感覺床單沒換。

1，打掃房間非常敷衍，床單被套都沒換，而且連基本的整理都沒有。 2，周邊環境很吵，大半夜12點30多有幾個鬼火少年在窗户正樓下放鞭炮，酒店竟然説他們管不了，而且説什麼這個點都在放鞭炮讓我們理解一下，請問你們家都是半夜12點放鞭炮麼?請問一下酒店的安靜環境不應該是最基礎的保障麼？你處理不了你可以態度好一點，全程沒有一句道歉，各種甩鍋各種道德綁架勸我理解，抱歉我理解不了。 3，整體前台以及清潔員的服務質量以及服務態度都奇差無比，我是錦江薈最高級別會員，住維也納也多年了，沒見過這麼差的維也納，祝早日倒閉。
