This trip left me with a lot of unforgettable impressions, and the food there was so carefully prepared and really delicious.

The heating was broken in the snowy mountains, which was horrible. I contacted the front desk and got two heaters, which were barely enough. The facilities were old, the large bath was old and small, which was a bit disappointing, and the dinner was mediocre.

This is a traditional Japanese inn with a total of 3 buildings and is very large. Breakfast is included, and dinner is purchased at the front desk. Dinner is a Japanese buffet for less than $200 per person. The room design is normal and the sanitary environment is good. The room I booked only has a toilet, and you need to go to the hot spring bath to take a bath. The hot spring bath is very comfortable. The front desk service attitude is good. Shiwan is located in the countryside, where I stayed after visiting Mount Haruna. Parking is available in front of the hotel.

Although it is an old building, it was well-cleaned, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The sister hotel, Tamura, was the same. There are no places to play or shops around the hotel, so it would be nice if we could have fun inside the hotel. I would like the balcony to be cleaned.

The food was a delicious buffet. The private hot spring was stylish and enjoyable. The bar staff were very friendly and fun to talk to. Thank you very much.

The location is really remote, on top of a mountain. You have to check in before 9pm. I arrived at 10pm first. The service of the hotel staff is very good👍🏻They are gentle and comfortable. The environment is beautiful, but the disadvantage is that it is far away. Drivers need to be careful to keep turning around. There are no street lights along the road. It is recommended to go to the hotel before entering the dark.

It turns out that the price I paid was for a normal room type, which was different from the room type shown in the pictures on the website. Fortunately, after I reported it to the hotel and they happened to have a room available at the same time, I was able to request the room type shown in the photo. The hotel stated that the room type in the photo would be 5,000-7,000 yen more expensive per person! Thank you very much to the hotel for letting us stay in the room type we wanted. So be on the lookout for website images that are inconsistent with the facts. The hotel environment is good. Dinner is a buffet, including Japanese hot pot and delicious steak! Staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to spend some leisurely and quiet time, this is a good choice.

A great place to relax in the mountains,

The staff at the front desk and the guide to the parking lot were very attentive to every detail and made me feel welcome. Also, we were given a free upgrade to a corner room, which was great. However, as soon as I arrived at the room, I was surprised to find that there was cotton dust in every corner, which ruined the "feeling of being taken care of" that I hated in the hearts of the employees I came into contact with. . The dinner was as described on the website, but the breakfast was a duffet style and had a lot of items, but the seasoning was at a (?) level. Although the price is reasonable, you should go to this hotel just to enjoy the bath.

When I entered the room and opened the refrigerator to cool my drink, there was still cake from the previous room, and when I went to the toilet, there was hair in the unit bath. I contacted the front desk and was shown to the next room, but there was hair there too. It was not cleaned properly and it was the first time I had stayed in such a hotel. And then I was changed to a different room. The curtains were moldy and the bathroom basin was stained. It was a really terrible hotel.
