Great hotel in a convenient location near a lively shopping street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also tried the O2 capsule they offer — surprisingly affordable compared to prices in Europe! The pool was nice, and the rooftop view was a real highlight. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Hotel is quite packed during my visit around end of June. There’s this one famous cat at the front step of the lobby. Which makes an attraction to many. Very close by to the metro station & walking distance to convenient store, daiso & further down there’s the main shopping street. Room size is quite small, as well as the shower room. Overall great. There’s many plug point in room that convenient to us.

This is simply fantastic! Hotel room is very clean, spacious, and the view is great. Tasty breakfast served at the hotel. It’s definitely worth the price.

Hotel is just next to monorail station Miebashi! Walking distance to Tomari ferry wharf. Cute pool n gym are available. GREAT VIEW from the room. Super clean rooms n toilet.

The location is excellent if you need to commute to and from airport. It is just a bridge away from the monorail station, most importantly, there is an elevator for you to come up and down and there is no staircase when you move luggage! Very good indeed. However, the hotel does not allow us to store luggage for overnight. Need to take the luggage on the check out day. This is not ideal for our itinerary. Parking is available though we didnt use it

I checked in here, but there was a theft, and I won't consider checking in again.😥

The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized. We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its location is good, near the monorail station. The service of the staff is good except the one of foreign female staff whose attitude has some problems, not very nice. And the hotel is not daily change the beddings, that we understood, they also not clean up the rubbish, too bad.

The hotel is new and has a good location. But I wonder why some of the service staff are not friendly

MRT station just right infront of the hotel, highly recommend to those travel using public. The hotel is relatively new and clean. We choose compact double room, so its quite small, but we’re still able to open our 24” luggage! Overall highly recommend!

Nearby monorail station, easy to find and very nice aroma in lobby, comfortable and nice environment, just a bit noisy during weekend

Conveniently situated just a minute's walk from the monorail station, this location offers easy access to a variety of excellent dining options nearby. It's a great base for exploring Naha. However, please note that there is only a shower available, with no bathtub in the double bed room

Panoramic view is cool but the room is smaller than expected. felt little bit packed. maybe becoz of rhe curtains, the room is stuffy as well. bath tub is big for two, but the view to outside is the best in bed. checkin time is 2pm and check out at 12
