this hotel is pretty far walk from train station. it's easier to take taxi rather than try to find it on foot first time arriving. it's an average and dated hotel. it does has nice toiletries and breakfast included.

Not realy good for service experinece from Japan point of view.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The rice balls for breakfast change flavors every day, which is great! There's a Chocozap next to the hotel, so you can exercise before checking in, which is nice!

I think it's enough if you're just staying overnight. There was a microwave in the room, and although I wasn't expecting breakfast, it was good.

It's quite a walk from the station, but if you're just staying overnight, this is fine. The room had a mini kitchen with a sink and microwave, which was great. The amenities and bath salts were great too.

I wondered why the large public bath was only for men, but other than that it was fine.

The walk from Nagoya Station to the hotel is completely flat, which is great. The walk takes ten to fifteen minutes. It is not strenuous if the weather is good, but it will be strenuous if it rains. The service is very good and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is simple but satisfying.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the railway station. The room is about less than 13M², but the price and breakfast are great value. The breakfast is very suitable for vegetarians and is good value for money.

It's fine for a short stay like one night, but it's old and smells a bit humid. The air conditioner doesn't seem to be cleaned. There is a large public bath, but it also feels old and more like a public bath.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. The staff were very friendly. I would like to use it again.

Amenities were provided and it was nice that there was an ice maker! I stayed for 2 days and had a comfortable stay. The shower head was broken so I think they should fix it.
