superb👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻staff are polite, friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean & tidy, with facilities works well. Very good breakfast. Grand Batam Mall is just located next building, with a link / connection to this hotel too. This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. All of us love it.🥰

Initially I requested for this bedroom to be ‘high floor’ and ‘seaview’ as I checked online that those request usually are the pricier balcony with service kitchen. So on the day I arrived after repeatedly asking the lady from the front desk if my request was fulfilled, I was a bit of disappointed. Only to find out from her that although it was ‘high floor’ but for the sea view it only applies to those 2 bedrooms suite… Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay with my wife as it was my second time booking in this hotel. Thanks again!

Short getaway w bestie for bday celebration! Cons: Early check-in was not allowed. Hair dryer overheated within mins of usage. Requested for a change but replacement took ＞1hr to replace it. Pros: Location is near Grand Batam mall & eateries. Room is clean & spacious. Able to deposit baggage at lobby prior to chk-in/chk-out.

Location is great 👍🏼 Grand Batam Mall is just right beside & many massage options available nearby. Room wasn’t ready until 3pm . Had a room upgrade as I was celebrating my birthday & free cake too . Room is spacious enough for 2, TV able to stream YouTube & Netflix. Downside is air on gets hot in the night & bedsheet had some stains .. other than that room is ok. Breakfast have sufficient option & replenishes quite promptly just breakfast area is alittle small so plan your breakfast time ya. Overall a good stay for the price paid.

Perfect location. About one minute walk to Eska spa and to Grand Batam mall. Have many multi plug sockets and usb ports in each room. Nice tv channels too.

Enjoyed my stay here as usual. Great location opposite Grand Batam Mall to enjoy shopping, watching movie and dining. The room has a well equipped kitchen with cookwares, tablewares and utensils. Perfect to enjoy my takeaways and in room dining. Due to renovations, the breakfast was held in the ballroom and food wasn’t topped up quick enough to cater for the crowd. Took some time but it was satisfactory in the end. Staffs are friendly, courteous and always helpful.

Stayed only 1N. Wished it was longer. Booked 2 twin rooms for a girls’ trip. My friends were pleasantly surprised with the “birthday cake towels”- such a nice touch . Tks Oakwood for the thoughtfulness and memorable stay. The hotel is fairly new. Some teething issues (ie unclean cups, shower tap was faulty, key card couldn’t work due to battery issues etc) - which is expected and quickly resolved. The staff from front desk, concierge to F&B - they were all friendly and hardworking, with a desire to go the extra mile. Bf at the hotel was relaxing with a nice spread. My friend left something in the room. We contacted the concierge, who was was very prompt and kind to retrieve it and help explore ways to return the item. We were v grateful and impressed by the excellent service. The hotel’s location is superb. Next to the Grand Batam mall with lots of restaurants, big supermarket and shops. It was also opposite the wet market and surrounded with many spa options. We all agreed that this hotel must be one of convenient places to stay. We’ll be back with more friends next round. Tks

First step into the hotel—clean, classy, and smells amazing! Cozy lobby with cookies and water, and a chill vibe 🛋️🍪. 📍Location is a win: next to a mall, massage spots, and kueh lapis shop (even sold inside the hotel!). 🚗 About 20 mins from Batam Centre. Got a free room upgrade—yay! Staff was warm and kind 💖. 🚪Room was spacious, came with a mini kitchen, utensils, and even a toaster! Kueh lapis welcome treat was a sweet touch. 🛏️ Comfy bed, dressing table with light-up mirror, clean bathroom. 📺 TV with Netflix & YouTube too! Definitely recommend for a comfy, relaxing stay

Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Linked with Grand Batam Mall. Presented with free complimentary tea break voucher for 2 upon arrival. Breakfast is ok. Would love to stay here again. The only downside the room not so soundproof.

This hotel is linked to the Grand Batam Mall. We loved it very much . We were compensated late checkout at 1pm due to room not ready at 3pm. Bedroom was clean and enough for family of 3- 2 adults and a 11 yr old child. Amenities provided also very good - there was an umbrella and a clothes hanging rack. The swimming pool was nice too. We had an enjoyable stay there.

Celebrating our anniversary in batam and have made a good choice to choose Oakwood. Staff is warm and truly showing the passion of batam culture. Nevertheless, they decorated out suite room with flowers. We are so amazed by their hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

The place is very near the mall ,1min walk away and at level 8 there should be some connection. The lobby area has high ceilings and some welcome lemon water drink and biscuit provided.
