Big room, convenient location with good view from high level of floor, nice and efficient staffs, especially the parking staffs were very friendly.

We were pitting this hotel against other chains like Dormy Inn and Candeo Hotels. Richmond’s value proposition is that you pay less but have less amenities. The rooms are bigger that what we were comparing with but you do not get a public bath and you do not get free drinks and noodles. For the price I think that Richmond is good in that aspect. The hotel lobby is nice and pays homage to the Dutch visiting Japan eons ago as Nagasaki was the first place they came into contact with then. It’s a typical chain hotel, but its located along the bar and nightlife street, though the events happening around that street didn’t bother us, I believe that the price is lowered due to the location of the place.

It’s was preety good

The hotel room is quite big, and the transportation is convenient. It's only a three-minute walk from the Shi'anbashi tram station. The front desk service is enthusiastic, the communication is smooth, the room is fully equipped with sanitary facilities, and you can choose to clean it on TV every day. The hotel is surrounded by shopping streets and is also close to restaurants that serve Nagasaki's specialty steamed tea bowls. It is convenient for eating and shopping, and the trams at the doorsteps of several major attractions can reach it. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Richmond Shi'anbashi hotel on this trip.

The hotel service is very warm and thoughtful, the location is excellent, and it is highly recommended.

Very stylish hotel, Western style. Antique. Breakfast is also very good, tastes good and delicate. Delicious snacks. Not far from the scenic spots, you can walk, and the port is not far away to see the night view

It was very convenient because it was close to Shinchi Chinatown and the arcade street in Shianbashi and the tram station was also nearby 🙆♀️ The room had a king-size bed, but it was relatively spacious and comfortable with a sofa. The amenities were also plentiful, so I was very satisfied ☺️

The location was convenient for going anywhere. I went out in the morning, rested at the hotel for a bit, and then went sightseeing again in the afternoon, so I was able to fully enjoy my solo trip. I was also surprised at how delicious the breakfast was. The salad, dim sum, sea bream chazuke, freshly baked dried fish, and castella cake were especially good. I would definitely use this hotel again when traveling to Nagasaki.

They provided us with a larger room than the one we had reserved. The service was polite and easy to understand.

Although it is a little far from JR, I think it is a great location for sightseeing in Nagasaki city. There are many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient.

Although I only stayed overnight, Shinchi Chinatown was nearby and there were many restaurants nearby where I could eat fresh fish at night. The arcade was within walking distance so I could look around at various shops. The hotel was in a very convenient location. I would like to use it again.

It has good access to downtown and there are many restaurants nearby. If you become a member, you can check out late, which is convenient.

This luxurious hotel is perfect for a couple to enjoy a night of bar-hopping at Shianbashi Bridge. We'll definitely be back. It has parking, ample amenities, and is very clean, so we're very satisfied.

The location was good and it was easily accessible, so I had a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again next time.
