I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, be aware that the hotel has limited free parking spaces. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. If parking is full, the front desk staff are very helpful and can suggest nearby parking options that are just a short walk away. Check-in and check-out are both quick and convenient with the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches—like providing nightgowns for guests. If you need to do laundry, there’s even a coin-operated washing machine available. The room comes with a full set of kitchen appliances, which is super convenient for light cooking or prepping fruits and snacks. While the room isn't very large, it still offers enough space for a baby to move around comfortably. Overall, a clean, efficient, and cozy stay with thoughtful amenities that made a real difference.

We had a fantastic experience here. Room is well designed for big family of 5. Kids love the bunk bed. Chic lobby design and staffs are very helpful. Location wise it is perfect as its nearby to attractions.

Fav Lux was a hotel I booked because I was impressed by the feel of it and in reality it did not disappoint. My sis who arrived earlier raved about the hotel being so clean and modern. Although it doesn’t come with free parking but their affiliated parking is just next door and had unlimited reentry at a fixed price. The in room washer/dryer helped me a great deal during my 2 nights there. I enjoyed Nagasaki thanks to the good night sleep and the location of the hotel. I will rebook again for sure.

Located near Glove Garden, stylish hotel and the kids loved the bunk beds. Easy and comfortable stay with a mini cooking area and well designed space to maximise function for a family of 4.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Extremely clean and well maintained. Only down side was no wine in the downstairs bar, otherwise an extremely good hotel.

Everything is diy from making the futons bed to clearing trash in the room. No house cleaning provided. Minimalist stay. But the location is good, walking distance to clover garden.

Clean and spacious studio apartment type room with pantry. Too bad they rip you off on parking.

Location is good,surrouded by all famous castella cake house,10mins walk to china town. Check in time is late 3pm, but check out time is super early 10am. Breakfast end at 930am, the earlieat i ever seen. The breakfast is simple food, food and sandwich. If you got time to dine outside dont book with the breakfast. The room ia full of usb charger, no need to bring any. Parking need to reserve and pay 2000yen per night.

This hotel has stunning views surrounding by famous tourist spots in Nagasaki. Excellent service and the staff were friendly. The room is clean and has a contemporary design. Everything looked new when we were there. Thank you for everything we were very happy during our stay at Traveltine everything was excellent if I come back to Nagasaki your hotel will be my first choice.

The hotel is clean and nice, and the front desk staff was very helpful and helped me to contact the other Onsen hotel to arrange a shuttle bus for me because I couldn't speak Japanese.

Check in and out was a breeze. Washing machine is available in the room. Room size is moderate.

Nice and clean hotel. Not sure why the parking right in front of the hotel can't be used to park (staff says its full), as we noticed it wasn't utilised during our stay.
