The room I was initially provided gave me a terrible experience. However, after I informed housekeeping about the issue, they promptly addressed it and shifted me to another, upgraded room. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and prompt action. Additionally, before we checked out, the hotel supervisor and manager personally came down to ask us how our stay was after the room change, which was a very professional gesture. I truly appreciate their efforts

WOW WOW WOW WOW - this place made our trip... lovely hotel, great food, and the view from my room was out of this world... full view of the himalaya mountain range, and I watched the sunrise off my balcony.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel - but it’s not 5* standard!  Room was OK but with little quality of fittings.  Bed fine, pillows terrible!  Breakfast had limited choice but was sufficient and tasty.   Being in rural Nepal this is one of the better hotels, accept it’s limitations, accept it’s 3*/4*, and enjoy the wonderful surroundings.  Staff were excellent and genuinely wanted you to have a good stay.

We stayed only 1 night hoping to see sunrise but unluckily the cloud/pollution level were a lot even at the mountain where the resort is located. We had a great time there with beer and play games until late night. 1 disappointed thing is we were informed that the pool is heated pool but it is not heated at all, so we didn’t get to do swimming there. The hotel also have a taxi service for us from hotel to airport in a convenient truck with AC! Overall are good

Was able to make a video. Cannot post that one on Trip app. For this trip to Nepal, I had a driver scheduled ahead of time to make the drive up there in the dark easier. Pay extra if they stay or go down. No need to leave the property, but lovely locals in both road directions. It seems lots of people take their motorbikes up. There’s even college students and bus groups. Some vacant and less expensive hostels, but this location has everything needed. I think it’s a good night or two to stay. I arrived dinner and stayed two nights. All employees wonderful. Binod said Hotel can help arrange driver, but the bus also comes up. Sunrise depends on fog. Good either way.

Love to stay here due to the view and service is good

It was a hotel with a beautiful view. We could even see the silhouette of the Himalayas before sunrise. The hotel staff were very kind and we had a comfortable stay. The food in the restaurant was also very delicious. It was a little over an hour by taxi from Kathmandu, and the road was quite rough, but the views were beautiful.

The hotel with high expectations, I chartered a car to check in as soon as I arrived in Nepal. The hotel is built on the cliff of the mountain, facing the Himalayas. When I woke up in the morning, I saw the sunrise without any obstruction. The scenery was beautiful. The building outside had ethnic characteristics. The bright yellow house formed a huge contrast, which was very beautiful. The hotel reception moved our two large suitcases to a far room. Since there was no elevator, we had to go up and down the stairs all the way, which was very hard. Breakfast could be eaten on the terrace while enjoying the scenery. The room facilities were relatively simple and the room was very small. One suitcase could only be placed on the bed and the other on the stool. The bath water overflowed and submerged the adjacent washbasin floor, making it impossible to wash. When I left, I actually found a flea on the bed. In short, this hotel has beautiful scenery, good service, and rich breakfast, but the backward room facilities make it difficult for the hotel to let guests stay longer.

Excellent location for viewing the mountain - the rest depends on the weather. You need to take a taxi to and from the mountain. It is a bit inconvenient to call a taxi. The hotel is large and the spa is very comfortable. The food is of high quality and tastes good every time. The service staff, especially the manager, are very professional.

The location is superb, on the top of the mountain opposite Fishtail Peak, the room is comfortable, the bedding is comfortable, dinner is served at the hotel, the taste is also good. Breakfast is super beautiful in the open-air restaurant
