Perfect location, it is located just opposite Nagano station, bus and train are easy to get. Lots of eateries around hotel. Friendly staff that greet you everytime you walk pass their table. Great breakfast to charge your day. Good amenities. The bedroom size is also good. Downside is the hotel doesn't have a public bath.

If you’re visiting Nagano, this hotel is hard to beat for convenience—just steps away from the Shinkansen station 🚄. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating our early check-in and even allowing a late check-out until 11am 🙌. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with plenty of variety and great value for money 🍳🥐. The room may be compact, but it’s spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-priced hotel right in the heart of Nagano! 🏨✨

location is just opposite station. good service. good amenities.

Overall is good.  Except there is no drop-off area.  The hotel lobby is on 4th floor.  We have to park the car and drag our luggages to hotel.  It’s not convenient, if in raining situation.

Good location and convenient for day trips in the surrounding area, staff is professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and everything what is needed is provided. Can be a bit small for more than one person.

Omg we loved this hotel! Our favourite stay from the 3 weeks we spent in japan. So clean, near the station and has everything you need. Spacious bedroom and soo comfortable. We just loved everything about this hotel

No frills and small room, best to leave your luggage elsewhere. Conveniently located near to the station with a direct underpass suitable for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast had a good variety.
