location just near the exit of the highway, but room is not noisy, place is cosy and is recommended

The hotel is convenient for visiting Mt. Ibuki and the restaurant, shopping mall and 7-11 are just minutes away. The breakfast is nice and delicious. However, quite a few families with kids will stay here over the weekend. It is better that the hotel management separate those noisy customers from regular customers who require quite environment.

Everything you could expect from the hotel. A great experience all around if however the breakfast was a little lack luster.

Very business-type hotel. It is next to the highway. It is very convenient to drive. Parking is free. Breakfast is also free. There is a large supermarket next to it. There is a convenience store downstairs. There are mountain and lake views outside the window. I also watched the sunset in the room. It is very cost-effective.

Even though I made a proper reservation online, the reservation was not accepted and they looked annoyed. They first prepared the cheapest room for me. The room was different, so I asked them to change the room, but they said, "You can't stay in this room at this price..." When I showed them the details of my reservation on the website, they shook their head.

The room was clean, the food was delicious, and we were able to relax and have a very comfortable stay! I had my first Biwako Highball at the izakaya, and it was so tasty that I would love to go back and drink there again, and I would love to stay overnight! My kids were also very happy!
