We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. The elevator leads to Grand Mall, which has supermarkets and restaurants, clothing, etc. Every waiter is very warm and thoughtful. But the taxi outside the hotel is twice as expensive as the taxi downstairs, which brings us inconvenience. Breakfast number one

I truly believe this is hands down the best hotel in Muscat. The service is flawless, the facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is quite slow. I wish I could remember all the staff members' names — every one of them was outstanding. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and I’ll definitely choose this place again when I return to Muscat.

I had the best sleep of my life at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that even though I only slept for 5 hours, I was very well rested. Ali at reception was wonderful at recommending where to eat after I asked him the night before when we checked in. Hotel is connected to a hotel where you can get pretty much anything. Would definitely love to stay here again the next time I'm in Muscat.

Amazing stay – perfect location! Everything about this hotel was great. I especially loved the convenience of the walking bridge that connects directly to the mall – I could shop and then walk straight back to my room. Super comfortable, clean, and well-located. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was awful…. Will never come again considering of this breakfast. Room and cleaning are okay. Good location with a hypermarket nearby.

Perfect location , Good price

Me and my friends travelled to Oman for renal workshop We stayed for three nights, the location was good near to Muscat grand mall and 7 min away from Oman Mall by car. Room were super clean, with daily room services, the presences of  Iron in the room was a great add.The front desk people were polite and cooperative.

This is the third visit to the hotel. Their service is excellent and the location is between two malls I recommend it

It’s a very big hotel with apartments and hotels.right in the middle of the grand mall. Very convenient for eat drink and children arcade. Very close to the grand mosque. But taking 20 mins to drive to the old market. It’s a good value very clean super comfortable bed and good size room.

A great location with access to the mall. Rooms were clean and well lit.They allowed an early check-in, which was a good thing. But that's where the good things end. We faced a few issues during the stay, which I think was a disappointment 1. not enough car parking space for patrons. It's always full, and anybody can come and park . 2. Squeaky beds and not that great on sleep on felt uneven in a lot of places. 3. Service was not that great either. No iron box. Weight scale not working. Blow dryer not working. took 3 calls for them to come replace them, and even that they did not get it right the first time 4. Gym felt claustrophobia and not easy to access without clear signs. Definitely not a 5 star...maybe a 3 star

We faced a serious issue that my family and I encountered during our stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat 20 Jun 2024. We experienced a significant inconvenience due to a sudden hot water splash from the bathroom, which created an unsafe and uncomfortable situation. Immediately we called the reception, but the response was very slow, and it took the maintenance person more than 10 min to come to the room. Additionally, the excessive pressure in the water system made it difficult for us to stop it as the wash basin tap came out of the wall, resulting in a highly disruptive situation and my child was screaming off due to the situation we have gone through. We chose this esteemed hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay, and unfortunately, this incident has marred our experience. Very disappointing....
