check-in was so easy, and check-out even easier, hardly had to deal with any paperwork, only downside was that the sliding door doesn’t cover the shower area and the toilet area at the same time, and it’s a little far from most things, but it’s near some of the nicer art museums if that’s your speed 💗

The hotel was located near subway. Easier to go everywhere. The staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

The system of check in to the hotel is easy. The metro station is near the hotel which maybe need to walk about 3 mins.

This hotel room is fine at cleanness and shower. But the main gate close at 10pm, and requires passcode afterwards. I stood outside the gate tried dozens times, but it didn't work at all. I had to get in with other guests. Apparently i was the choosen one, it didnt work in my case. I confirm i tried the correct code. The next day I talked to the receptionist, and I was told, this issue exists for quite a while, that sometimes the passcode doesnt get sensor, but their tech team can not resolve it. I can not imagine how difficult it could be for such big group B&B to change a sensor or a tech guy. So I will never choose this brand again. I appreciate the customer service of Trip.com offered. It's always best in the industry.

Nice place

The front desk was so funny. They knew I was staying for two nights, but they insisted on activating the card for one night first, and then asked me to come down the next day to activate it. When I came down the next day to activate it, another front desk thought I was going to check out. After I explained it to her, she was very confused about the situation.

I have stayed in many hotels in many countries for business and personal purposes, but I have never seen a hotel with such poor organization and inexperienced staff. It is much better to stay in a normal hostel or a house. The money paid is completely wasted.

The location of the hotel is perfect but the facilities are very bad. There is not even water in the rooms. At least 2 bottles of water can be put in, reflecting the price. Reception and room services are absolutely zero. You cannot find anyone to talk to. Although there is nothing in the rooms, the drinks in the vending machine in the lobby run out and are not replenished. For example, we were literally stranded in the hotel with zero drinks on the night of the match.

Fast and friendly check-in. Top cleanliness and good location right next to the Olympic Park.

The hotel service is very friendly, the room is large and clean, but the air conditioning effect is average, overall very good

We were at the concert "Night of the Proms" and booked two double rooms for four people. Everything was fine

Exceeded expectations, the supermarket is convenient, and the guy at the front desk is very supportive

The room is a bit small. It's too expensive during the exhibition

The environment and sanitation are OK. Self-service.
