Very good

A simple and decent hotel in the central Schwabing area, near Münchner Freiheit. A pleasant walk into the centre from there and very close to the beautiful Englischer Garten. Rooms are cleaned every other day (which I like). Prices vary significantly based on major events in town, when it’s a low/average price period this hotel is quite good value for money.

Quite far from the center. The bedding is torn, the pillow is uncomfortable, the walls are dirty, the unpleasant smell of stale air, moisture.

The underground car park is a challenge. Parking is only possible with the mirrors of both cars folded in. The cars also have to drive in against each other, one forwards, the other backwards. Luckily I had help with the instructions from very friendly caretakers.

Total bad reviews! ! ! ! Junk shop! ! ! It’s small, dirty, and broken, and it costs more than a hundred yuan at most. It’s a money grab! ! ! !

I'm glad I was able to relax in a spacious room. There is only one elevator and it gets crowded in the morning, so you need to allow plenty of time.
