Perfect stay, I live the onset and hotel breakfast. The location a bit not conv, but as long have car no issues.

This hotel is far from the Airport, and we did not use the amenities such as the indoor onsen. The management team was extremely inflexible and we won't recommend Mercure.

We have to stay further from hakata due to the sumo wrestling event there caused all the accommodation price fly sky high, surprisingly we find this accommodation are good! Quiet and peaceful Definitely value for money stay

The service provided by the hotel was pretty good. but unfortunately the location was very difficult especially for people who does not have a car. it takes around 1200 yen from Kokura to this hotel, not to mention the amount of time needed to travel from one place to another(1.5 hours). however, the onsen was pretty great and the shampoo bar and the ammenities provided by the hotel at the onsen was very accommodating. the game section and the table tennis was also very fun. be careful when trying to eat anywhere near the hotel though, because there’s nothing near the hotel.

Basically, if you are traveling by car, this hotel is good. You can choose to go to Fukuoka or Kitakyushu attractions. The room is big and clean, and the hotel's hot spring is also good. In fact, I think it can be 24 hours or can be extended, because it is a self-service style anyway. In addition, we did not enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel, because there are many authentic restaurants near the hotel worth trying (it takes about a few minutes to drive). The hotel staff, frankly speaking, have been to Japan and know that 99% of Japanese people are very polite, so the staff provide a lot of service and there is no problem.

The location is remote and there are no street lights on the road. The staff are basic polite but fail to make the guests feel at home. The rooms are cleaned every four days, which is inferior to the average hotel cleaning once every three days.
