Overall great experience as it was near the airport and there are shuttle service available which makes it convenient. The suite we booked were very spacious.

It was transit stay...hotel is amazing for transit near to airport approx 5 km away...

Located near the hotel, super convenient if anyone requires a short stay before your flight out. It takes only abt 15 mins for the complimentary airport shuttle!

Love the environment. Very clean. Hotel receptionists are super polite and gentle. Reminds you everything in time and on schedule. Meals are mostly Chinese, no western.

Please do not rank it as 4-star! I will probably rate it as a good 2-star hotel. Highlights include clean room, comfortable bed, warm shower, free airport shuttle and very friendly hotel staffs. Recommend if you just need a place to sleep or transit. Things I was not satisfied: 1. Wifi connectivity was broken. The instruction given did not match the login page. Called the staffs but they didn't manage to fix it. 2. Shower head was loose and I had to hold it with one hand when bath. 3. No other hotel services, except laundry which I did not use. Did not try the breakfast so no comment. 4. Hotel was far from the city center. Around 40-min drive and takes longer during peak hours. 5. Trip.com categorizes it as a 4-star hotel. I was mis-led and blew up expectation when seeing the place. p.s. 1. The hotel is sharing the same commercial building with three other hotel brands. If you are in the life lobby, please pay attention to the lift taking. 2. I mistakenly went to another place of the Vienna International (they have two near airport). It was late into the night. Contacted the staff via WeChat and they very quickly arranged a pick-up and free of charge. Very appreciative of the help received.

Hotel location is good and located nearby the international airport. Hotel lifts are shared with several hotels on the same buildings.

Hotel was meant to be a transit hotel as it was located quite near the airport (approximately 10-15 mins drive away). Was told to contact them only after I reached the airport so they can schedule for a car to pick us up. However, when I texted them when we landed at 1.57am and 2.55am after we cleared immigration, there was no response. They only picked up their phone and checked their WeChat after a stranger helped us contacted them. When we checked in, to our horror, we were issued a room that had someone sleeping on the bed. Not sure if there are any security concerns with this hotel. When we head back to the reception counter, the staff were not apologetic. The did issue a new room after checking their system. Room is clean for the price we paid for and it is of decent size.
