This hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center of Mulhouse. The staff is very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is good, although the variety could be improved a bit. The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets and everything you need. There were a few signs of moisture or mold in the kitchen area, but that’s understandable due to frequent use—especially if you plan to cook there. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby, but overall, I highly recommend this place for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Mulhouse.

Stayed here a few times already. The hotel is conveniently located and rooms are spacious. They are in need of refurbishment, though.

The location is very convenient for exploring Mulhouse and the surrounding area. It is a few minutes walk to the train station and a one minute walk to the nearest tram stop. The front desk staff are very helpful. The room itself was a bit run-down, but was suitable for a family of four. The floor needs replacing as it has seen better days. Overall though, it is a great place to use as a base when exploring the region.

Comfortable hotel in centre Mulhouse. Easy to walk around with more restaurant and cafe.

The location was good and the view from the room was nice. The room was spacious and had a microwave and a kettle. I think it's a very good hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room, but the receptionist lent me one.

The hotel itself is relatively nice, the rooms are spacious, and the furnishings are of a high standard. It seems likely that it used to be a decent hotel. However, perhaps because it is old, many things are broken or unusable, and the hotel seems unaware of this. Even though the refrigerator was on, it was warmer than the room temperature, and the nice safe didn't work at all. The toilet near the dining area was dark, so I used the relatively bright disabled toilet, but the tap was clogged and couldn't be fixed, so I had no choice but to wash my hands. When I tried to ask about the nearest metro and how to get into the city, I was frowned at and told, "Just ask someone on the metro!" and brushed me off. I couldn't sense that they were a concierge at all. Originally, I was planning to ask for a metro map after discussing it a little... There were only two towels and one bath towel, even though we were staying with two people. When I noticed this and went to the reception at 10pm to tell them about it, they replied, "The owner has taken the key home and can't open it anymore, so there's nothing we can do. Please wait until morning!" I wanted to wash off my sweat and go to bed, but I wasn't satisfied, so I contacted the owner and begged him to do something about it, and he finally got something from somewhere. They advertised that they provided coffee and tea, but there was no coffee, and the used stirrer was still there. It seems they didn't check when they cleaned. There was not a single trash can in the room or in the bathroom, so I had no choice but to use my own plastic bag to collect the trash. I ordered extra breakfast at the venue, but the coffee maker stopped working for a while, and the few danishes that were available were quickly gone, and I was told there would be no more. For such a wonderful facility, the hotel's "service" was too problematic! ! I was shocked at the lack of awareness of this as a service industry. It would be a great hotel if they could improve a little more, it's a shame!!

The hotel's location was excellent, and the welcome was very friendly and accommodating. However, we had a room right in front of the elevator, and we were awakened early in the morning by people walking in the hallway toward the elevator. The refrigerator was also unusable due to a strong, unpleasant odor. The shower, however, stopped working at some point. The stay was generally fine, but the location of the room opposite the elevator was a real downside due to the noise in front of the elevator.

The location is very good, the front desk is very welcoming, and it is very close to the station and the city center. However, the hygiene of the room is poor, the walls are dirty, the cleanliness is average, and the breakfast is okay.

I really liked the hotel, the view from the room, see the photo) The staff is helpful, the mattresses and pillows are cozy, but the room itself is tiny, there was no room for two suitcases on the floor. The bathroom is also tiny, but everything is clean!
