Very nice hotel, staff and food was great, but the booking wasn’t as good as it should be

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at the Palm Beach Club hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and we ate well. I recommand it

Having never been to Tunisia but been on bucket list for a few years decided to book this hotel after looking at reviews and we were not disappointed from arriving nothing was to much trouble all staff very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and tidy I will admit the lay out of the open bathroom did take a bit of getting used to but nothing major. Our cleaner was very friendly and always happy to help if you needed anything or had run out of anything. The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel always smiling and ready to have a chat or a laugh with you nothing is a problem. The entertainment team are always wandering around trying to drum up people to join in activities but never pushy and always take the time to ask if you’re enjoying your stay. The food from breakfast to evening meal is some of the best we have had for an all inclusive hotel never short on choices, and they try their best for it not to be to repetitive, the only grumble is things do run out and replenishing them is slow, especially if it’s meat cooked on the grill but with anything if it’s a popular option it’s going to go quick. The grounds are kept immaculate the pool area and the sunbeds on the grassed area are all cleaned down if not on a night then very early in the morning and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. The entertainment of an evening is very good but if staying two weeks then it will come round again which is the same as most hotels. This hotel and its staff made our stay a memorable one and we enjoyed it that much whilst on our second week we booked to come back same time next year, we met some lovely people who are also returning same time next year so looking forward to catching up with them. I stayed in this hotel in April for 4 nights. The Food - 10/10 so much variety and the taste and quality was amazing The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The sea view was beautiful The grounds are very neat and tidy The beach is so sandy and plenty of sunbeds. Very clear and beautiful water The staff can’t do enough for you and are so helpful. The entertainment was ok, wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst All in all a great hotel and I would definitely return

I had a wonderful stay during the Easter holidays. I went for a week and cannot fault the hotel. From my lovely sea-view room (I only paid for a garden view) to the lovely coffee shop, everything was wonderful. The food was exceptional, the drinks were strong and I loved the Hammamet Colada which is a frozen cocktail. I will definitely be returning. I cannot stress enough how excellent my stay was!

Exceptional holiday. Wonderful customer service throughout. Maha was always on hand with a smile to check in and see how the holiday was going. Ghofrane and the whole entertainment team were fantastic with engaging with everyone, constant source of energy and fun. Fitness classes were well run and really enjoyable. Just a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday all round. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time at this gorgeous hotel over the New Year! The staff were so friendly and kind and as I have mobility issues, they went out of their way to help. The hotel is not yet geared up for those with disabilities, particularly mobility issues and it was a mission to get to the lower ground floor where the main buffet restaurant and the main entertainment bar is located as their is no lift from the reception area or directly down and we had to go a long way around the outside and down a steep, unlit ramp to get there. We hired a wheelchair from an outside company as the hotel wheelchair was broken, as I cannot walk that far, even with my walker and I certainly could not get down the staircase, which was the only other way apart from the ramp outside. There were a few issues with access for those with disabilities such as a broken and unusable disabled toilet on the lower ground floor with the toilet facilities only accessible via a few steps but had no handrails, so this was a mission each time I needed the loo. All this being said I cannot fault the service we received, and I was told by the lovely Maya (hotel guest relations manager) that while the hotel is closed until the summer season, they will be putting in a lift and making the whole hotel more accessible , with a walk in entry to the swimming pool, upgrading the disabled toilets and more handrails where there are ramps and steps. TUI were excellent with the arrangements for the airports, the accessibility to the plane and transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, really modern and nicely decorated. Our room (407) was immaculately clean, and we had a stunning view across the pool area, beautiful gardens with palm trees and towards the beach and sea. The bed was huge and very comfy and the shower was good with a dispenser for shower gel/shampoo. I took my shower stool with me anyway and there was plenty of room to move around. The room was accessed via a few steps up with handrails so it was not too much of an issue for me. It would be impossible for those with more severe mobility issues so probably best to get a room on a lower level. The food was a bit samey from one day to the next but I think that was because I am wheat intolerant so not much choice but it was delicious nevertheless. Staff were amazing and so kind and helpful. The entertainment was good in the evenings, it was quite low key but very enjoyable. New Year’s Eve celebrations were spectacular and the hotel certainly pushed the boat out with the food and the entertainment and there was a firework display at midnight. It really was the highlight of our holiday and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy it! Make sure you book for the Culinarium as this meal was fantastic with waiter service and posh wine! I think that once all the accessibility issues have been sorted at this hotel then it would be an absolutely perfect place to spend our holiday and would certainly go back to spend next New Year

Excellent stay stayed first few weeks after refurbishment, had sea view room very comfortable, with excellent shower and good facilities. Staff friendly and very helpful, food in main restaurant very good, pool bar staff friendly and very helpful. Beach staff excellent, hopefully the new beach bar will be open now,as booked for August, coffee bar good as well as main bar and staff ,reception staff brilliant, look forward to our next visit.

We’re just finishing a fantastic 10-day stay in Tunisia and wanted to share our experience in full. Tunisia is a beautiful country with warm-hearted, hard-working people, gorgeous coastal scenery, and a rich culture that we’ve come to deeply appreciate. The hotel grounds are flawless, clearly maintained with care and pride. We found the general amenities excellent, and above all, it’s the staff who make this place truly special. 🌟 Staff Who Made Our Trip Exceptional: Youri – An absolute gem. Respectful, attentive, and made every evening at the bar feel extra special. Adnan and Najem (beach bar) – Funny, kind, tireless, and always made us smile. Ahmed and Abdullah (main bar) – Exemplary service with a calm, professional manner. Ahmed and Malik (restaurant) – Friendly, engaging, and consistently brilliant. The coffee shop vendor (whose name we sadly didn’t get) always went the extra mile and made us the best iced lattes from memory alone. Maha, the Blue Guide Manager, resolved a query for us within 15 minutes — on her day off. Incredibly organised, calm, and kind. Freja, our TUI rep, was warm, happy, and full of positive energy throughout our stay. 🧖‍♀️ Spa Experience: Our first Hammam & Rituals treatment was outstanding — relaxing, authentic, and a highlight for both me and my partner. The first facial treatment with Oifa was also excellent. While the second facial fell short in comparison, the issue was swiftly and professionally resolved by Olfa, the spa manager, who arranged a replacement treatment the same day, which was back to the high standard we’d expected. Her care and professionalism were much appreciated. 🍴 Food & Drink: Food is delicious, especially the Tunisian dishes, though it can feel slightly repetitive after a week. Be sure to book into the Culinarium à la carte restaurant — stunning food and worth the added cost for wine. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve had anywhere in the world — beautifully made every time. 🌊 Beach & Facilities: The beach is pristine, with plenty of loungers, towels, and helpful staff always on hand. Watersports and pedalos are available for a small fee — highly recommended. Walk left along the coast for some rocky coves and stunning sea views. 🎭 Entertainment & Activities: Entertainment is friendly but repetitive. Daily activities include darts, shuffleboard, boules, aqua aerobics, etc., and while enjoyable, there’s little variation. If you like fitness classes, book early — places are limited. We felt that without excursions, the resort can lean towards a “sit and sizzle” style holiday. If you want more variety, we recommend booking excursions through the hotel or TUI — it’s safer and more comfortable than roaming on your own. One standout activity was the Tunisian language class. It was insightful and helped us connect more with locals. We’d love to see it offered regularly. 💡 Tips for Future Travellers: Tipping goes a long way. Just 10 dinar (about £2.50) can really brighte

This is the best hotel we have ever been too. The food and service is amazing, and the entertainment team couldn’t be better.

We have just returned from this beautiful hotel and are missing it already. The staff are amazing and I mean everyone, the food was very good and I loved trying the Tunisian dishes, all were delicious. We had a lovely sea view room, my only complaint is no soft drinks in the mini fridge. The grounds are beautiful lots of flowers and palm trees, plenty of sunbeds and the beach and sea were gorgeous . We had a fantastic holiday 👌😊💙 I really loved the art work in the hotel and would like the name of the artist

This was our first visit to Tunisia and it won’t be our last! This hotel was excellent and surpassed our expectations. We had read all of the previous reviews so were expecting good things anyway but we can not fault anything. The entertainment team were so welcoming and really made us feel welcome and included in all activities. By the end of our stay they felt like part of our family! Special thanks to Ghofy, Rico and Nino who went above and beyond. Another special thanks has to go to Aymen the fitness specialist at the hotel, he is truly passionate about his role and extremely engaging. The food was fabulous and the catering staff were fantastic. Thanks Tui Blue Palm Beach, we work hard for our annual holiday and you have made this the best one yet. We are really enjoying our stay at this hotel. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. The staff are so friendly and very helpful, they can't do enough for us. Even there lady whom has been cleaning out room is amazing. Samiha does such a great job, she even gave us a friendly welcome on our first day here. The beach is very accessible, only q stones throw from the pool and we have gone swimming there several times a day. The food here has been so well prepared and tastes great with such a wide variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful and modern hotel with the loveliest, friendliest staff who go above and beyond to help. We came for a relaxing couple stay but are already planning a trip next year to bring our young daughter. We love it here!
