"四顆星： 1、房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈景精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，民宿在交通便利地段，出行方便，距離樓觀台景區和財神廟很近。隔音好，空調和地暖很暖和。浴室內的浴缸很寬敞，乾濕分離的衞生間，雙盆洗手池。房間所有窗户都是落地可打開的，早上醒來，明媚的陽光灑進來，很是愜意哦。 2、非常熱情的民宿工作人員，整個入住過程愉快且放心，首先帶着我們簡單瀏覽一下民宿環境，並且一直送到房間內，其次映入眼簾的房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，民宿工作人員也是有問有答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。浴袍很柔軟乾淨，小梳子還是木質的，可以帶走，一次性拖鞋也很厚實。智能馬桶也很棒。 3、民宿亮點也很棒，除了小童可以體驗手工DIY，還有個樂高玩具房，還有二樓下棋區域，積木和泡泡米都很吸引小朋友。環境也很好，有桌椅板凳，還有飲水機，暖心的給家長準備了很多懶人沙發休息。還有早餐也很豐富，口感極佳，我吃的很多，每個種類都想吃，味道也是真不錯。 一顆星： 1、之前去過藍田疙瘩村將軍故里，很驚艷，經朋友推薦，專程來趙工故里打卡。私湯大床房/865/晚，含2位早餐，最終入住若水房間。一開始從硬件到服務都很完美。大概晚上7點半左右入住，到了房間立即放水準備泡温泉，從這裏開始就是無盡的無語和後悔。晚上10點半左右，已經洗漱完畢，室內浴缸泡澡結束了，院子裏的私湯池子水還沒有放滿，池子很大，左邊出來水，右邊已經涼透了，出水口和家裡的水龍頭一樣大小。給前台反應後，來了個大姐説幫忙重新放水。一直重複説，一會晚上記得關水，放水，不要流一夜。我們看着時間太晚，也很冷，就關了水，放了水。第二天一大早大概8點又繼續放水，想着昨晚沒泡，早上走之前得泡吧，定的温泉私湯，得體驗一下。放水期間預估得2-3小時，我們就去前台預訂財神廟，基本剛走進財神廟，微信客服就打電話問我，是不是一晚上沒有關水，一直在流着水，我解釋了沒有，才放。過了一會，又打給我説，不能這麼放水，咋們的水不是温泉，是燒的，讓大姐幫我去放水....整個事件就很無語，我不是一個浪費水資源的人，因為池子太大，無法蓄滿熱水，無法泡澡才是重點，而不是不斷的催我關水，質疑我是否浪費水的事。本來想着就算了，但是這麼一搞，去前台溝通後，讓我去別的房間泡澡，最終算是離店結束前泡澡了。如果這個房間無法泡澡，就不要在預訂時顯示，私湯了。真的敗光好感度。 2、進酒店前，就在攜程用積分兑換了延遲退房14點這個事，頁面也顯示酒店也確認。然而第二天13點的時候，前台碰見我們説不好意思催促我們退房，我們已經延時了，退房時間就是12點，不存在14點這一説。我解釋了攜程延遲的確認，前台沒搭理我，衹是看了我一眼，沒吭聲。而且，有種我無賴不走的感覺，很尷尬生氣。既然沒有這項特權，就不要在訂單上顯示有此項服務啊。 3、最後讓人無語的就是午飯了，想着早餐不錯，中午就在餐廳吃飯吧，神奇的事，衹能點套餐，2-3人餐/288，醬牛肉拼野菜、黑河鯉魚丸子、辣椒炒肉、時蔬、米飯，甜酒，300塊錢能吃，但就這幾個菜品就匪夷所思了，非得搞牛肉和魚嗎？問了能不能單點幾個家常菜，説不行，衹能套餐。我來體驗民宿私湯，家常菜應該必備啊，早餐都那麼豐盛，菜品那麼多，午餐能沒有蔬菜嗎？總體來説，和藍田那家，差太多了。體驗感不好。還不如去對面道温泉酒店，幾年前去過，也還可以的。"
