Overall it’s fine but there are a lot (I killed 6 little bugs before I can bath) of little flying bugs in the toilets. Hope that it can be improved though there are quite a few in the city and understandable

Love it there!!!

The location is really good, and even though it rained today (June 29th), the Aurora was visible in front of the hotel. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. I got a room in a strange location where you got off the elevator and went down the stairs, so I had trouble with my luggage, but it wasn't a big problem.

The Westin is very big. It took me a long time to find a room at first. It is divided into two buildings. My room is in the left building. The room is old and has no view. The hotel has private parking, but it must be parked in the valet. But the location is excellent. It is very close to the church, crew coffee and underground city!

Convenient transportation, parking is also convenient, breakfast is OK, location is OK, but the room is average, no view, convenient to go everywhere, you can walk, suitable for a family worth staying

You have to push the luggage cart yourself, the hygiene is average

The service of the black front desk staff is too bad. The hotel bedding looks like it has not been changed and is very old. The bathroom only has an overhead shower. The layout of the room is not very nice. I will not want to stay here a second time!

There is sand in the quilt cover and bed sheet when staying in the hotel. The bed sheet is worn out and has holes.

Check in could not find my information, waited for 20min. and did not book free parking service, and had to pay for parking. Trips should remind guests of this free parking service!
