The price was great and you get what you pay for so no harm no foul. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was quiet. Now for the downside, walls were dirty, carpet was dirty, and there was an armchair  that was soiled and really gross. The stairs up to the second floor need a good pressure washing. They were also dirty and gross. The coffee machine did not work. I would pay a little bit more money stayed at a different place.
