Great location with excellent service and shuttle. Breakfast is good, but not great. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

It’s a nice hotel but the reception doesn’t speak very good English which is weird. She was telling me something but did something else. Even tho I booked through this app they charged my card !!! I paid twice for one night!!! The front desk said ok I have handled it and thought I wouldn’t get notified but then she took the money! It wasn’t like that the night before I don’t understand

The person at the front desk is so kind. After asking for simple Korean, he said thank you when checking out, and I was even more grateful. The view is nice, and it's nice that there's an iron and hair dryer. It's 5-6 minutes from AS Monaco's home stadium, so it's really good for watching the game.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Decathlon, McDonald's, etc. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace There is an underground parking lot, which costs 30 euros per day The hotel swimming pool is very good and very clean, it is worth a try!

The location is very remote. Ctrip suggested that there is a free shuttle bus, which is misleading. It is impossible to make an appointment. The communication is ineffective. Although the bus stop is very close (Google navigation will not tell you), it is still not recommended as it is very strenuous. You can go to the shore to watch the sunrise. The outdoor swimming pool is clean and beautiful.

The room was neither good nor bad. For some reason the elevator to the front desk was out of order, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. A male staff member carried it for me when I was leaving, which was nice. Monaco has many stairs and slopes, so the free shuttle bus from the hotel was a great help. It was a shuttle bus that went to and from Monte Carlo station and other tourist sites. I booked the time the day before I wanted to use it, so I was able to use it smoothly on the day.

The service is super good. After you drive to the door and unload your luggage, someone will help you park the car. When you leave, just show the sign and wait for the car at the door of the hotel. Rooms have rose garden, sea and mountain views.
