The check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests. In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly. Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.

Modern an clean, with a nice breakfast, checking in was easy as being preregistered with friendly from desk staff.

Clean and spacious rooms for family, comfort bed condition, delicious breakfast. All good for family travel.

Nice, efficient staff and good location. We added another night in the same room night with no problem.

Overall ok Poor breakfast

I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the United States. This is the worst hotel. Avoid it! Avoid it! Avoid it! Expensive, poor environment, poor conditions. The front desk didn't have anything I asked for, and the service attitude was extremely poor. I paid more than $200 for accommodation on Ctrip, and they charged me another $200 (not a deposit!) when I checked in. I found out and told them at the front desk, but they still didn't admit it. They refused to refund me for many days. Don't go to this kind of garbage hotel!

Am Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.
