JR Kyushu Hotel Miyazaki Reviews

Location is very good, right next to JR station, there is a mall next to it. Hotel is very clean, staffs are very friendly. We stayed in summer, was assigned the top floor room, so the room was a bit hot during the day time, it was ok during the night time.

Conveniently located beside the JR station. Hotel provides complimentary face masks and bath salts. Nearby has Lawson and shopping mall.

Location is good and near to shopping centres, bathroom cleanliness is good. Room is relatively spacious with regards to its price. Recommend to everyone who looks for a budget hotel in Miyazaki city centre.

The best stay in Miyazaki:) The hotel is located in the station and is easy to go everywhere! Very clean and the staff's hospitality made our stay nice.

Great location, clean, neat. Hotel assigned a corner room at the highest level which was great for us who are keen to rest well at night.

Very convenient location! MUA shopping mall is just 1 min walking distance and there is discount price for parking too! Service is good. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is cozy just like normal Japan business hotel, but condition is good and clean!

Receptionist asked for our parking ticket, but because of the language barrier I couldnt tell if he was going to offer us a subsidised rate for parking. Also that was after we had already parked in a multi-storey carpark directly beside the hotel. Might be worth asking them where to park beforehand and what the rates are.

The hotel was nice and near, next to the station. Staff were very helpful and supportive. Everything was perfect, If i have a chance to visit Miyazaki next time, I’ll comeback here again.

This hotel is perfect in location, facilities, price, and also has stuff to provide flawless services. Relatively big room in the same price level locates in higher building next to train station so there was no exact noise from the railway and with good view. I would start to consider reservation of other JR hotels when travelling after this time.

Hotel is centrally located in the city - with easy access to lots of conveniences, and room is decently nice. Washing machines are available.  Carpark is next to it but not free.  We experienced earthquake during our stay and we were surprised that the emergency access is secured.  You have to remove a cap and twist it.  The thing is you won’t have time to read all the instructions during an emergency like fire or earthquake .  The hotel should just make sure the access is easy as the extra seconds could cause a few lives.

Best location to access leisure and business activities in Miyazaki. However not so many service is provided even support for heavy luggages
