Location, parking facility, room cleanliness, breakfast etc everything was almost perfect. Especially this hotel has indoor onsen bath which is a big plus. One thing I like to note is that they use the electronic key system on the door of every room and they provide hotel-issued password printed on the paper. The number combination is 6 digit so it is not easy to memorize. Therefore you have to always carry your pwd paper with you and if you forget it someone can always open your room easily. I think hotel needs to let the customer choose their own password combination, so that they do not have to carry the piece of paper.

The location was good, the bath water was thick and my skin was smooth after the bath without even applying body cream, and if I had more time and energy I would have liked to stay in more. The bath was small, so if I timed it well and entered when it was empty I could enter alone, which was nice, and it was nice that I could choose my pillow on the first floor and they offered free drinks. There was only one elevator, so it took time to go up and down, but if you have enough time it's not a problem! I also really liked that there was no key and it was a number entry type.

The 2-bed room is large and clean, has a hot spring, and all-you-can-drink alcohol at night, which is great!

The only drawback is that dinner is actually takeaway. If there is no takeaway dinner, the hotel will be more cost-effective in my mind. A lovely male staff member with a great smile taught us how to make shaved ice and spoke to us, and my son was sad that he wasn't able to see him when he returned home. The location from Ichibangai was good, and the hotel was well-cleaned. The front desk staff were also polite and helpful. I had a pleasant stay.
