Hotel Santika Bukittinggi Reviews

Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

The hotel is new and comfortable, but the toilet is not clean and the floor is slippery because it is not cleaned. The room is quite small but the food is very tasty. The best sticky rice. Other food is also very tasty and there is food in the kids area. The hotel is quite far, you have to walk to the clock tower and the shop area and you have to walk up the hill. In front of the hotel there are hawkers selling Minang souvenirs to take home. There is also a cafe opposite the hotel.

Very good and the service is satisfying

Get a room on the 7th floor with a balcony and view overlooking Mount Singgalang
