The room is a little bit too dark. Plus They have balcony to dry your cloth. They have water (cold and hot) in the hall way at the floor i was stayed at. So very convenience. Location is near the station but there are also many hotels around.

Air conditioning was not working at all. It was so hot inside the room, lucky that we got a fan.   No mugs, need to ask The ground floor washroom is a nice place, much cooler. But I was almost locked out in the washroom as the lock didn’t work. I got a traveler to open the door for me from outside, sigh!

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The air conditioning wasn’t working—even the receptionist who came to check the room was sweating. One receptionist said there was nothing he could do, although the one at check-in had mentioned that we could change rooms. We also put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid cleaning, but the room was still cleaned. Our clothes were thrown on the floor, and the napkin ended up in the trash can.

The hotel's location is fantastic—close to everything and very convenient. However, apart from that, I wouldn’t book or stay here again. Only consider if location is your top priority.

Is a nice location, near to most of the public transport. But the room is not well kept , socket not working Staffs are friendly and helpful

My rain shower and toilet seat were broken. My shampoo bottle was empty and the hotel maid didn’t top up. The receptions are very nice and the hotel are very clean with good location

It was a great stay for its hotel level category. Can do more improvements on the room cleaning. The location is the key here and convenient to nearby key areas to explore and enjoy.

room is clean & tidy. room renovation is modern. bed is comfortable. location is very close to Milan main train station, just 5 min walk. highly recommend this hotel for stay in Milan

Perfect place to stay in Milan. Room very big and clean. Good location and very convenience, it close to train, metro and bus station. You can catch a bus to go to the airport directly.

Room is big enough for family stay

Even though everything is okay, only another lift to use to get your room. When you booked standard room, the lift from reception could not reach directly to your room. And the other lift is very small.

Everything is good, except they don't provide slippers and coffee or tea in the room.
