The staff are very nice. Location is good, 2 trams linked to the city center. Breakfast is not bad.

Friendly, helpful staff. Tram stop right outside which was helpful. A few restaurants in the area.  There a little bar and a gym which was also welcome.  The hotel is a little dated and the room did have a smell of drains. The cleaning staff seemed to be quite happy at work but it was a bit early to be that loud! Overall would recommend!

Overall, this is a good stay, clean, friendly, and good breakfast. The facility looks new too for italy standards. The only thing I can ding on, is the shower temperature goes hot and cold while taking a shower. I can recommend this hotel for it's price and value.

The hotel is quite old and the room is quite small. The lock there I don’t really know how to lock and the front desk don’t understand English.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything as advertised. Only now in winter there could be an extra duvet as the room temperature was quite low and even with the air conditioner turned on maximum (which did not work) was it cold. Other than that top. Would highly recommend. The train/tram station is 50m in front of the hotel. You can also find a free of charge parking spot in the streets around or in front of the hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and does not feel old at all. Instead, it has a bit of old money style and European retro style. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a No. 14 tram at the door that goes directly to Milan Cathedral and other attractions. The breakfast is very rich! The uncle at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is very good.

The hotel is in a great location, with bus No. 14 going directly to the door. The sanitation is very good, the facilities are quite old, and the elevator can only accommodate one or two people at a time. The staff knew that I had an early flight the next day, so they specially prepared a paper bag breakfast for me, which was very heartwarming. It only takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the hotel to the airport bus stop.
