The room is in a good location, very easy to find, right next to the train station and convenient for subway travel. The only downside is that the check-out time is 11:00 and there is no place to store luggage. Need to tow to a storage point in the city center

This is the most satisfying hotel we have visited in Italy. The facilities in the house are particularly complete, including a washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. Pots and pans are all available. We cooked our own pasta and baked pizza. The suite is large and not crowded when dining. Clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is also the first time to see electric blinds. There is air conditioning, TV and sofa in the house. The oil painting decorations on the walls are very distinctive and give people a comfortable and pleasant feeling. The transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway. There is a Carrefour supermarket across the road and a dessert shop downstairs. There is a self-service check-in video, which is effortless. There is an elevator, although it is relatively narrow, but it is better than nothing. We stayed two nights and loved it.

There are no service staff on site at the hotel. A young Indian-looking man works as a doorman in the entire building. He will only tell you to download WhatsApp and contact the hotel staff on it. However, it is difficult to download WhatsApp. I use a Huawei phone and my wife cannot download it using an Apple phone. After struggling for a long time, my daughter finally downloaded it successfully by using her iPhone to bypass the wall. I would like to ask if Chinese people who don’t have circumvention software can’t get in at the hotel door on a rainy and almost dark evening, wouldn’t they go crazy? After checking in, I found that the washing machine and oven were all in Italian, and the expressions were very different from those in China, which made me wonder if the washing machine was produced during the Renaissance. I asked my daughter to ask whatsapp to send slippers, but the online service staff said there were no slippers. When I wanted to ask how to use the washing machine again, I found that it was past six o'clock in the evening and the online staff had gone off work. In other words, any questions you encounter after six o'clock in the evening can only be answered when they go to work the next day. Another thing that is unacceptable is that the windows are closed tightly but there is always the buzzing sound of a large fan. When I open the window, I see that there is really a huge fan on the opposite side facing our window. It kept buzzing all night long, making my head feel dizzy. The service in this hotel is really terrible. It is recommended that Ctrip negotiate with the hotel to resolve these issues, or directly terminate the cooperation with the hotel, otherwise many Chinese people will feel helpless after checking in.

The hotel facilities are very complete, the service is thoughtful, and the environment is also elegant! Super satisfied
