such amazing value for money. great room which was clean and tidy and regularly maintained by cleaners. aircon was great and lovely balcony. pool was a great temperature and sun beds very comfy. so happy with our stay here and would recommend

If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

The service, the reception and the hotel are very good and modern, but then the rooms are quite old, the doors, the furniture, etc. The shampoo in the shower falls and drips all day long. I think we had the only room that didn't have a window in the shower because it was covered in paper. There were insects and a kind of rather large butterfly on the papers they put up with activities to do. The cleaning ladies cleaned our room every morning and didn't give us towels and I had to go to reception to complain every morning. The breakfast food was quite good and there was variety and the attention and service they gave us was great too. The area is bad because it's the Arenal, but within reason it's quite far from the nightclub area so that street is quite quiet during the day and at night.

Arrived late at the airport and couldn't catch the bus so I took a taxi. It was a better hotel than I thought. I took the bus to the airport. (Convenient) There was no water inside so I had to buy it from the vending machine. However, the owner gave me a bottle of water. Thank you.

It's just a makeshift place, the room is small, the water pressure in the bathroom is very low, the bed is also small, the toilet lid is always falling off, and you have to hold the toilet lid to go to the toilet. The good thing is that it's not far from the beach, there is a swimming pool, the staff are nice, and the drinks in the bar are very cheap.

A lovely little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with everything you need! The breakfast is very good and plentiful for the price. In addition to bread, there are hot dishes, juices, coffee and cocoa and other things that go with breakfast. There's something for everyone! There's also a shuttle bus to the beach and Megapark from Wednesday to Sunday.

The room is very clean and hygienic. There is a supermarket downstairs. It is not far from the station. The breakfast is very good. There are a lot of things to eat for 6 euros. The boss is very enthusiastic and highly recommended to everyone.

Without a doubt, we would repeat if we return to Mallorca. Quite affordable and in very good condition

Very quiet place. Very clean and 24-hour service. It is very close to the beach and all kinds of markets and restaurants around the hotel. Parking for a car is also easy. It is all happy

The attention very good. The buffet excellent. The aesthetics and the facilities/rooms are a little old, to be honest, but the bed was very comfortable, clean and for spending the night, it was great. There is no television but, in my opinion, the important things (bed, bathroom, buffet and service) are covered. I would repeat without a doubt. Quality/price ratio very highly recommended.
