Canal City Fukuoka Washington Hotel Reviews

Overall , it was just an okay stay, but unfortunately it did not quite meet my expectations.

Lobby reaped with cigarette smoke. A very budget hotel with great access to canal city.

A good location for shopping and nightlife and convenient for travel with a near Metro station and also quite near Hakata Station. The room was a bit dated and I'm not sure about their cleaning policy. If companies are going to claim to do certain practices (not change bedding) due to environmental concerns, then these should be joined up. Plenty of single use plastics for instance. Also feel Japanese hotels should be more considerate and flexible with check in and check out times. 11 check out, 3pm check in is too bigger a gap - but this appears to be industry standard across the country and not a complaint of this hotel alone. However, this is a minor complaint.

All things is good ,but inside the bathroom there is no things you have to come to near reception to brings things like brush, comb ....etc

It is in canal city shopping mall. Entrance is quite hard to find. Good for 1-2 nights stay. Rooms are considered acceptable for Japan standard.

Centrally located in Fukuoka right inside Canal City shopping mall. Easy walking distance to street stall food and numerous restaurants. Parking was in the mall parking lot and you'll need to walk up stairs and take escalators to get to the check-in lobby. Rooms are a bit dated with a small bathroom. We would probably try another hotel next time around.

Recommended for stay and located in between Hakata station and tenjin

Convince location. Right on the top of the Canal Shopping mall.

nice hotel with clean room. We didn't use other facilities. But seems to be a nice place to stay.

Great location, right next to the Canal City Mall, less than 10mins. walk from the Hakata Station, won't take long going to/from the airport. A large variety of restaurants and shops around, satisfying every need. Hotel breakfast is a buffet style of both Japanese and Western cuisines, including hot dishes, bakery, fruits + yogurts, rice and soup, as a vegetarian I have less selection but still good enough to fill up my stomach. Overall it's a pleasant stay👍🏽

A perfect location to stay. Close to the airport and train station. They think “green”, although as a European was the general floor hearing warm.

Had a very nice stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

We booked a room for 3 adult with full sea view.. 3 double beds provided. Room was very spacious. Widespread of buffet breakfast.

Only downside was the central heating but hotel was quick to assist and provided standing fan. Excellent location to shop and eat. Breakfast was wonderful by the way
