Hotel is a bit old but overall a pleasant experience. Upon arrival I was given a room on the 1st floor, and immediately I asked if there was something on a higher floor. The staff was friendly and kind and offered a room on the 4th floor which actually had 3 beds. We walked into the room, the layout felt a bit odd and uncomfortable, so we asked the staff if we could take a look at the original room. Staff remained friendly and helpful, and we ended up going back to the 1st floor room which was much more comfortable. Room while a bit old, was still on the neat/clean side. Only issue I had was the thermostat which was possessed and kept increasing so it was boiling hot until I turned off everything, but then the room became stuffy.
The room is not bad, the outside looks like the hotel facade is not very eye-catching, but the room is very clean, the living is very comfortable, suitable for business travel, the restaurant opposite is great

The airport offers free pick-up. Arrived in Milan at 22:00. Waited at Gate 4 on the departure floor. Called the front desk but the line was always busy. Contacted Ctrip and the hotel sent a car to pick me up at 22:10. The front desk service was good. The minibar in the room was free, including water, cola, orange juice, biscuits, chocolate. The bed was also very comfortable. There was also a toiletries set, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The price was reasonable if booked in advance. It is very suitable for passengers with late or early flights.
A good hotel, located relatively close to Duomo Square - the first time we got there by metro, and in subsequent days we walked in a straight line, about 30 minutes.
The room is small but cozy, the furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable.
On the first day they forgot to clean our room, but on the remaining days the cleaning was very good, towels were changed, gels/soap were constantly added (there was no need to ask, as is often the case).
Breakfast is a little sp****, there is a not very tasty omelet, fried bacon, simple sausages, some cold cuts, cucumbers/tomatoes, fruit, pastries, jams. At exactly 10:00, without warning, they close the door to the dining room and very quickly take away all the food :)
In general, for such adequate money the hotel turned out to be quite normal.
Well, the central station is quite close, easy to walk.
Good reception service. No heating, air conditioning just at maximum 24 degrees Celsius. Shuttle from Malpensa airport but had to wait and call more times. A lot of tv channels including Sky channels. Two pillows, elecric kettle machine to do hot water for tea or coffee.
The gym is quite good and there is a seasonal pool.
I had a very comfortable stay. The kindness of the staff was also impressive. The room is rather small and the heating is not available at dawn. As much as coffee is provided in the lobby, but free water is not provided in the room. There are plenty of drinks in the refrigerator, but it would be more reasonable to buy and eat at the mart next to the hotel. The transportation is also relatively convenient. It was even better that the surrounding commercial district did not cause any inconvenience to daily life.
