This hotel was truly fantastic! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, clean, and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.

Breakfast was simple but good quality. Some free coffee option would not go amiss though. The hotel room was lovely - an amazingly good quality matress. Some reviews stated it was a little out of the way but it’s literally outside a tram stop and bus stop. The metro is a few mins walk - maybe 5 mins to Bibila station so overall easy to get around. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Decent hotel off the beaten path from Duomo,about a 20 min walk, which can be leveraged by tram. Patio balcony had broken tiles and faced other buildings toward open courtyard

I booked this place without recommendations, but this hotel was more than every expectation. Perfect location-on walking distance from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Great friendly staff, kindly and professional. Tasty breakfast, clean comfortable room, with coffee machine. Yesterday I asked for recommended restaurant near to the hotel, not touristy oriented and the receptionist wrote for me list of four local restaurants around the hotel. I visited "Miscusi", small nice restaurant specialised on pasta. With great prices. I think to come back to Palazzo Viridis. Highly recommend!

Hotel's location is not too close, but also not too far from the city center. A tram station is nearby. A number of dining options are within the area, which is convenient.

This was just an amazing hotel! We were incredibly pleased! The case when we liked everything! The food in the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, fresh and new! What was especially pleasing: shampoo, shower gel, body cream, soap were organically certified (Cosmos Organic), and in our time it is especially valuable to find cosmetics in hotels without aggressive additives, this is very captivating. We didn't even have to get out our jars of cosmetics. I wish this hotel further prosperity!
