Very nice location, close to the beach and port. Food was good but nothing special apart from wafers for breakfast. Wellness zone rather crowded. Staff friendly. Overall 3,5/5.

The Vestina is in a good location. The only downside I find is that the rooms are not clean. Most of the breakfast buffet is already cleared away, even though it is still within the allotted time. There are also construction projects going on at the moment because the hotel is being expanded. I used to enjoy being a guest at the Vestina. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore. Zimmer sehr klein. Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden. Frühstück immer das selbe. Sehr hellhörig das gesamte Hotel.

Najsłabszy punkt to recepcja- niekompetencja, mylna informacja, brak zaangażowania. Tam potrzeba kogoś z pozytywną energią życiową! Obsługa w większości ukraińsko bądź rosyjsko( nie rozróżniam) języczna. Duży plus dla pana Dominika z obsługi jadalni- zawsze uśmiech i pozytywny vibe👌Hotel skierowany raczej na niemieckiego klienta z naciskiem na 60+ po 22 nie dzieje się totalnie nic. Jedzenie bardzo dobre jedynie po gofry czy naleśniki kolejki spore a i obsługujący chyba dostają tę fuchę za karę😇 Baza dobra choć wymaga odświeżenia, teren wokół hotelu szczególnie wymaga uwagi. Wspólny balkon z obcymi osobami to porażka. Nie ma prywatności leżąc na łóżku przy otwartych drzwiach balkonowych facet patrzy sobie do pokoju.

All of his opponents failed to last through his "saxophone and microphone" performance. It is difficult to give an average in the ratings. The girls who clear away at mealtimes deserve 5 stars, the breakfast offer 4-5 stars, the standard of the dinner is 2-3 stars. Rumor has it that the last chef of the house died some time ago. On 7/16/2024, the buffet offered as a hot meal was completely empty 40, the second 30 minutes before the end of dinner time! This is 5-star rip-off! Since this will be deleted from Google in 2-3 days, I still have to copy this for Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, HC, etc.

Great vacation in a very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised after the many negative reviews. There was plenty of food. We always got a seat in the dining room. Rooms were clean and comfortable on the 4th floor with a view of the Baltic Sea. Right on the beach promenade. Parking spaces were pretty scarce. Drinks were cheaper than on the promenade. The only negative thing was that all four of us got Corona the day after we returned.

As always, clean room and great location. We have been coming every year for many years, but after our last stay I wonder if I will come back. The hotel doesn't even accept reservations for parking. I don't understand the explanation of the unpleasant lady Agnieszka from the reception that people come and go. I also didn't like the translation: I can't park near the windows because the guests booked and paid for it. A lie, because I parked there a few hours later and no one asked me to pay. Additionally, at breakfast, pancakes should be served to everyone in a warmer and there should be at least 2 waffle irons for waffles!!! The children waited 25 minutes in line for breakfast for a waffle and a pancake!!! It would be worth developing the lawn by the pool. You can add deckchairs, swings for children, etc. You have a fantastic location. Take advantage of this and we will come back more often.

This hotel is already very old. There is a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom! Beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is OK, everything you need is there. A fresh omelette is even prepared in front of you. The location of the hotel is great, right by the sea and not far from the beach promenade where there are many restaurants and shops. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, for example Netto. The spa area is OK but not a highlight. Sauna is also OK. However, I would not come to this hotel again.

We were very disappointed. We had expected more based on the photos. The room was very spacious, but unfortunately on the 3rd floor, so there was no sea view, even though we had previously asked for a room on one of the upper floors. The rooms are very noisy. The hotel is getting old, which is evident everywhere (e.g. stairwell). Breakfast and dinner were so-so. Everyone gets full, but there is no feel-good atmosphere here. Only a small proportion of guests follow the mask requirement here. The swimming pool and sauna are very small. Very suitable as a family hotel. But we definitely won't be coming back. Plus point: friendly staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were a little disappointed. We had expected more from the photos. We were disappointed on the first day when our room was only on the 3rd floor. We had asked for a room on the upper floors and were looking forward to a sea view. The room itself was very spacious. The hotel is very noisy overall. The beds were great, no saggy mattresses like some people have written here. Breakfast and dinner were OK. In line with the price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, there is no feel-good atmosphere in the large dining room. The staff are very quick when clearing away. We really liked the bar, where you could end the evening with a beer or cocktail. The service here was very quick and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. You can get to the beach and the pier quickly. The wax museum, the small Walk of Fame and the Oceanarium are also within easy walking distance. We really liked the beautifully laid out/built long path along the seashore. This can also be used by people who are not so good at walking (walker, stroller, wheelchair, etc.) and you can enjoy the sea wonderfully. The selection of cakes and ice cream on the pier is excellent. It is difficult to decide which flavor to choose. We did not use the wellness area, although we had actually planned to. But the Corona restrictions did not go far enough for us. Some of the guests did not wear masks in the hotel despite the mask requirement. We would recommend the Vestina for families, but not as a wellness hotel for couples looking for peace and relaxation.

Byłem tydzień . Wyżywienie pełne 3 posiłki . Na obiad serwowali nam w formie bufetu tylko jedną zupę / mało smaczną / jedno II danie , zestaw 3 surówek . zimne napoje z automatu lemoniada , jabłkowy i pomarańczowy . z 7 na 10 obiadów jest to danie z kurczaka w różnej formie . Brak deseru , brak owoców . Nie polecam kupować obiadu gdyż jest bez wyboru i króluje kurczak . Na obiadokolację jest na gorąco zupa i 2 dania .... w 70 % jest to ponownie kurczak i drugie danie którym była zawsze ryba . Praktycznie po 5 dniach takiego menu z ciepłej formy obiadokolacji nie szło już skorzystać i trzeba było wybierać z obfitej zimnej płyty . Na śniadanie była również na gorąco jajecznica i kiełbaski prze tydzień identycznie .Oddzielny pkt - gofry , na bieżąco jajecznica i szadzone jak i omlety . Stoisko to było mocno oblegane .... czas oczekiwania max do 25 minut . Jeden kucharz obsługiwał 2 małe patelnie a drugi 2 gofrownice . Duży wybór wędlin , serów , sałatek / smaczne / kawa z ekspresu / tylko na śniadanie /, herbata , zimne napoje . ciasto / bez rewelacji / powtarzające się lub kupne . Owoc /tylko na śniadanie / Bardzo sprawna była i miła obsługa sali , talerze zabierane na bieżąco , uzupełnianie dań , Pokój ? łóżka wygodne , 3 fotele / raczej do wymiany / 3 szafki nocne , 3 lampki nocne , szafa z lustrem w przedpokoju 3 skrzydłowa / w 1 półki na rzeczy / w 2 i 3 drążek na ubrania , telewizor 10 kanałów naszych / bez sportowego / i 20 niemieckich . lodówka . 8 pięter plus parter . Na poziomie 1 restauracja i bar . Na poziomie 1 strefa spa .. basen ok 18 na 12 metrów . Budynek ma 2 skrzydła . 3 jest obecnie dobudowane od strony północnej / w X stan surowy prawie gotowy w 75% / 2 windy w skrzydle .. na 9 i 12 osób ... oczekiwanie na winde szczególnie w porze posiłków . W X w 90% to goście emeryci z zachodniej granicy .
