One of the staff was absolutelty horrible. The rudest person Ive experienced in all my travels. Our room had a bad smell and she said I don't care, all I do is check people in if there's and issue call the owner and tell him. The hotel was nearly empty with more than 3 spare rooms on the group floor and she wouldn't let us change rooms. Horrible horrible person and very unhelpful.
