Good location, very nice stuff, checkout til 12:00, we come back

Very good value. It is located in the center of messin, so is a 10m walk from the main station. Signing in was a bit confusing as there was no one at the door to let me in, but a number was provided so I called and I was let in. My room card was already premade in an envelope near the entrance, so I didn't need to do anything further. Only bad thing is the drinks in the fridge aren't free and you will be charged if you drink them.

It took a while to book in as there was no one at the front desk. We were told we would get instructions but nothing came through. Otherwise the room was great, although extra pillows would be a bonus and close to everything

The room was spacious and comfortable. I had to check in late and check out early, but they were flexible and I was grateful.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, and there is a big balcony. The fly in the ointment is that the room is a bit small

This place was convenient, clean, central, nearby amazing little places to eat, a nice place to stay for a night or two, the breakfast was nice as well (unlimited it seemed), all in all it was a good place, just expensive for the room which was average,

I'll start with the positives: friendly and completely helpful staff. The real strong point of the Hotel. Central position. Decent breakfast, with a choice of sweet and savory. The hall has tiny sofas covered in blackened cushions, so you can't sit down. The real drama is the room. The bed is short (and I'm certainly not a tall man) and without a topper, there is no wardrobe and there is only an exposed coat hanger with a few hangers. The shower is caked, evidence of soap dish, and the water pressure is not constant, which in itself would not be a problem if it were not for the fact that when the strongest jet arrives the water becomes freezing cold, when the pressure drops it becomes boiling. There is WiFi but it is so slow as to be unusable, and access is far from intuitive. I understand that the building is old, but many of the problems could be easily fixed if the owners decided to invest a few euros in maintenance. If you need an economic base for a couple of days it could also be fine, as long as you have a great spirit of adaptation. Otherwise, better to leave it alone.

We arrive at the hotel and no one to welcome us at the reception. You have to ring the intercom and the room card is inside a bag with your surname and room number. Just for privacy! Outdated and not very clean structure, especially the shower tray. At least ABC! My partner and I go down for breakfast and ask if it was included in the modest sum of €54 for one night. We are told no and that if we want we have to pay extra. Hungry, we decide to sit down and consume 2 empty mini croissants (harder than a brick), two single portions of biscuits, a jam, a coffee and a tea. Having arrived at the reception, where we finally find life, we ask for the bill and the young lady, after having checked (I don't know what) with the lady who served in the breakfast room, presents me, with her beautiful bronze face, the bill, modestly figure of €21, of which €16 for a miserable breakfast, which I would have paid €5 at the bar and €5 in tourist tax. To never again. Too bad I can't review them with 0.

The night-time telephone availability system without reception does not work. No one answered the many phone calls asking for help to enter the hotel since the key did not work. If another guest hadn't arrived with a working key we would all have been left out at night in the rain. Room worn bathroom micro Breakfast is saved I will look for other accommodation next time I cannot recommend it

Electronic check-in can be difficult, especially with someone who doesn't speak English well. Fortunately another person came. Breakfast not great, we arrived at 9am, there were only 2 pastries left, fruit juice, chemical powder and water, too bad but fortunately it made up for the salty part. The coffees were very good! The room is very good, air conditioning, good bedding. Just the small but functional bathroom. Very well located!

830945522 The hotel is a stunning disappointment!!! They sell it to you with a kitchen, it doesn't work, they don't activate it, if someone is lucky enough to have it done for you, you pay for it. There is no one at reception to assist you. You call the reception and they don't answer you, and when they do they answer you by WhatsApp and if you try to answer the message they have sent you you don't get a response. The room is normal but very old and in the bathroom they even put the already used gel and soap, but above all, the most precarious thing is the customer service, disastrous. The views are horrible, the heating in our room did not work and it looks like a hotel from 1910. Horrible, I would not recommend it to anyone.
