Very good location. Rooms are not new but clean and cozy. Breakfast is standard. Park near hotel helps to rest after long trip

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Primus is really one of my favorite hotels. The hotel is located in a very calm place away from all the city noise. The food is tasty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel 100%

Hotel environment: The air outside is fresh, the surrounding environment is pleasant, it is especially quiet at night, and the rest is super comfortable. The lobby has a grand design and stylish decoration style, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere. 3. Room facilities: The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout. The bedding is comfortable, moderately soft and hard, and I slept soundly at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with perfect details. It is also equipped with smart devices, which is very convenient to use. 4. Dining experience: There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the soup noodles and fried noodles taste great, very Nanchang style. The restaurant's service is also very thoughtful and the dining environment is comfortable. I heard that the hotel’s seafood buffet is also very good, I must try it next time. 5. Service quality: From check-in to check-out, the staff Yilia was enthusiastic and professional, responsive, and the service was particularly thoughtful, making people feel at home. The front desk Xiaoye provided very good service. The room was upgraded and free breakfast was provided. The room facilities and equipment were very new. The room was large and had a floor-to-ceiling window. The lighting was very good and the sun shone through the window into the room. The hotel was also very close to the subway. The location is good, very close to Nanchang West. It's very convenient to take the subway here without luggage. The hotel has a good environment and complete facilities. You can see the Ganjiang River from the upper floors.

This is my first time staying in a hotel under Greentown. I didn't expect to step on a landmine, and it was a huge landmine. 1. The air conditioner in the room can't cool down. Nanchang in May is humid and hot. I slept in a sweat. 2. The waiter's attitude is terrible. There is a waitress at the front desk with black under her right eye. She speaks rudely, as if this hotel is hers and she can stay there or not. 3. I asked the front desk to give me an extra bottle of water, but they didn't send it. Later, I called 5 times and told them that the waiter forgot. I ask, how busy are you that you can forget this? 4. The sound insulation in the room is terrible. The sound of the next door is like the sound of "hmm" and "ah" next to me.
