Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel Reviews

It’s my first Best Western in decades of travel. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel and the room. Good size and layout and sufficiently lit. Accessibility to highway is perfect for an overnight between Salmon Arm and Vancouver. Ample car parking in front of the hotel. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

Overnight stay to break up travelling. Very clean and modern. Didn’t really use any amenities but it all looked good. Only minus as the female kids hockey team staying who were running around the corridors screaming late at night.

The hotel has good front desk service and can provide Chinese services. It is quiet, clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower water is super large. Except for the slow refund of the deposit, which was finally paid by Ctrip, there are no disadvantages.

The room is relatively large, and it is quite quiet a distance away from the highway. There is a large parking lot, a Tesla charging station, and a good breakfast. There are gas stations and places to eat nearby.

Except the Wi-Fi is not stable, everything else is good

We stayed here for one night on the way to Banff. We booked a room with a balcony, but the room we got didn't have a balcony at all. It was just an ordinary twin room, which was obviously not as described. The price/performance ratio was not high. The breakfast was OK.

The room is spacious, the mattress is moderately hard, the pillows are high, and the bedding is clean. The room is quiet, has blackout curtains, and sleep quality is good. The location is good, next to the highway, suitable for self-driving guests. Parking is free and there are ample parking spaces. The breakfast variety is acceptable, and the coffee area has a rich variety. The sink in the bathroom is oversized, making it easy to place items. There is a sink at the entrance for guests to use at the same time, which is a highlight. The coffee machine is high-end and fast, and the microwave oven is new. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is noisy and the wi-fi doesn't work at all.

Very good, the hotel is very new, very clean, the experience is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The Korean barbecue nearby is also very good
