Hotel room was big, nice and clean. It’s near to shops and restaurants. Only thing I didn’t like it they saw us struggling with the luggage but didn’t help

Located opposite Al Rashid Mall. Its far from Haram, no shuttle bus. Taxi costs average of 20 SAR to go to Masjid Nabawi. Rooms are very spacious and really nice

Location not so far from haram.. a lot of local youngster hangouts with friends to drink a coffee here.. I saw many girls hair free here some of them driving and they having a short hair too.. modern Arabian

the problem of deposit is tough, better to keep cash with you. Don't give your card at all.

Excellent opportunity

We were welcomed beautifully, but unfortunately the room was a bit dusty. They said they would offer fruit as a welcome gift, but I didn't see anything.

I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!

Good hotel, nothing more

A hotel that definitely exceeded expectations. If you are going to Alula for a layover in the Medina, I would definitely recommend it. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the check-in time period written on Ctrip is wrong. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When they saw that I was bringing my son, they took the initiative to arrange a two-bedroom room. The room was spacious and hygienic, especially the kitchen, so it had all the facilities and was definitely suitable for family travel. The only drawback is that the road is being built in front of the hotel, so you have to go through a very narrow alley to find the hotel. This is the only problem, but this problem should disappear once the road is repaired.
