A little bit of a walk from Masjid al Haram and the surrounding area is unclean and hectic. Hotel itself is decent and Tufayel was brilliant in helping out

Management could think of renovating the property. Whereas we can see only this hotel is an old one in the complete lane. But since we went for spiritual visit we didn’t have time to stay in room for longtime. Rate could be revised as it seems to be on higher side for the service and ambience they serve.

cleanliness and service was terrible. the receptionist does not speak english. we were shoutingand threated by bellboy. seek assistance from Trip.con for cordinated however, they kept saying third party booking while i booked with trip.com directly

The hotel is near Almasjed AlNabawi and there is a car parking, however the rooms are pretty small and smelly the only advantage of that hotel is the location

3 minutes from gate 309 & 310. Cheap price. But small room. 10 floors with 4 lifts so no queue.

The hotel is generally good, close to the Nabawi mosque in Medina, about 5-10 minutes walk. The check-in process is also very easy, you only need to show proof of reservation in Arabic. In the reservation we should have paid about 4-5 Riyals but the receptionist said that we didn't need to pay anymore
