So back in medillin decided to stay in Poblado after the awful service at Novotel They have lost me clueless mananagment. Holiday inn ok basic style rooms .Not over impressed with check in a very strained style. GAVE ME A FORM TO SIGN FOR TAXES IN SPANISH WHAT AM I SIGNING ? ITS FOR TAXES? WHAT DOES IT SAY? - ITS FOR TAXES!! IS IT BEYOND SIMPLE ABILITIY TO HAVE A FORM YOU EXPECT GUESTS TO SIGN IN ENGLISH..HERES A SECRET GOOGLE TRANSLATE! OR AI SO MANY OPTIONS. BUT THIS IS THE STYLE OF THIS HOTEL. SLOPPY have 100s of stamps in my passport and she asks me to find today's immigration stamp. what am I an immigration attorney. Room safe will not open beds small yet the room is massive.. THE MOST AWFUL DIM LIGHTS WHAT IS IT WITH THESE hOTELS . Someone should tell them about Led lights. AVERAGE AT BEST NO FINESSE Will try somewhere else when back in April it's not bad but just awkward.

The staff here is so friendly, and really good service. Easy accessible to restaurants nearby. Clean and big rooms

Good location, spacious rooms, nice view from the restaurant on the 21st floor, rich breakfast, highly recommended. But the shower water in our room was very cold, and it was useless even if we asked

Overall a great hotel, but one drawback is that there is no electric kettle The room actually comes with a small kitchen with a sink and microwave, but it's of little use to me. Shopping malls and supermarkets around are very convenient However, the hotel entrance is in a shopping mall and is easy to miss. The driver I booked to pick up the airport couldn't find the entrance.

The hotel is very good, clean and sanitary, with a variety of breakfasts, especially the breakfast room on the top floor, which is very stylish and offers a panoramic view of the entire city. It is definitely the best choice for business trips and the price is affordable. I like it very much and will stay here again next time.
