Service is very good, comfortable stay, excellent location, we paid room service several times, everything is very good

While the hotel is very modern, clean & swanky, with a cool rooftop, the neighboring construction noise made the stay quite poor. Pros -location felt safe. Away from the partying noise of Provenza. Security at the front door was great for safety. -cool rooftop bar & pool; loved lounging up there enjoying local beers & chill music. There was a DJ on Saturday afternoon -nice breakfast and kind server, loved Miguel who was 5 star! -all staff was friendly -room was small but clean and has a great shower Cons -while you can’t hear the partying from provenza, there is a big construction project directly next door to the hotel which starts at 7am even on Saturday!! Don’t pretend that you can sleep through that racket; it was very loud and disturbing. Wish we had known about it before and would have booked elsewhere! When asked at check out, we found out that it was actually the hotel itself building another building for residences!! This was infuriating to me because they didn’t say anything on the website or when we made our reservation that there would be construction noise & disturbances. I was willing to give the hotel a pass when I thought they had nothing to do with the construction, but when we were told it’s actually owned by them, that made me very frustrated. -the hotel uses a Samsung phone in the room to control everything from TV to AC to lights to curtains. It’s slow to use and takes far longer than just flipping a switch would take. Not a fan of this tech. -hotel dropped the ball with making our dinner reservations. From when we made the initial ask, they took a long time to contact the restaurants so by the time they did, they were booked up. Lucy was quick to help, but other front desk staff took hours to reply.

I loved the experience here. Staff was friendly. The rooms clean. The location was right by the Provenza. The breakfast had good options. The Rooftop bar provided a beautiful view. The drinks were well made. This hotel does it's job in making you want to be return customer.

Excellent experience,however they were remodeling some areas of the Hotel..We did not feel affected. we enjoyed the breakfast,The Area (La 70). the environment,the restaurants, the bars,the music,the panaderias,the people,the Metro station..etc

We stayed at the hotel for three days. I specifically was looking for a hotel with a gym and our travel agent said this was the best place. -The check in process was very slow as they don’t have enough people at the front desk. -Our room was nice, but they only provide shampoo and soap. When I asked for body lotion, as most other hotels of this rating provide, I was told no. - Calling to the front desk results in no one answering the phone, thus I had to go downstairs several times to ask questions. -The gym itself is old and disgusting. Overlooking the pool deck is the cardio area. They had 1 of 3 treadmills working, ellipticals with no power, and spin bikes that were extremely rusted and hard to adjust for fit. The weight room floor is also filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned the entire time we were there. The weight and machines are all rusted. For dumbbells there was one set of 10s, 1 twenty and the rest were over 30 lbs. Some of the dumbbells were coming apart creating a dangerous situation of a weight slipping off and dropping on your head or foot. -We had breakfast included and the food and service were good. However, We ordered room service one evening for dinner and the food arrived after an hour and a half. It was cold and tasted horribly. - they have motion sensors in the hallway to conserve energy, which is good. However the don’t often work and several times I got off the elevator and had to navigate a pitch black hallway to my room. I would never recommend this hotel. It claims to be 4 star but it is in disguise with a fancy lobby.

The hotel claims to be 3 stars, I would say 1 to 2 stars. Worn sheets with some holes from wear. Small, stiff towel with the smell of cheap soap. I had to order another one. We were 2 people. The floor is cracked and the shower opens directly onto the bed in the room. Minimal and poor quality soaps. Very old air conditioning. The noise of the street, music, etc. comes in. The reception area and normal elevator

The hotel, rooms, staff, foodservice and lovation are unmatched in Medellin. Of special note is the very friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Especially the head bellman, Santiago. He made our stay even more enjoyable. He treats us like family and is always there to help, in any way. He is a keeper! Thanks for all you do for us Santiago!
