Our family of four stayed at deSatu Hotel during a short trip to Medan, and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is unbeatable right next to Centre Point Mall and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around with kids super convenient. The rooms were compact but clean, with cold AC and strong water pressure in the shower a must after a long day exploring the city. While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, we found plenty of food options nearby, including local favorites like Soto Sinar Pagi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tips on where to eat and how to get around. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. Overall, it’s a great value for families looking for a clean, central, and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

Strategic location just next door to Central Point Mall, helpful & friendly staff really worth for money paid. Good service they have luggage storage.

This literally in very Central location of Medan , very close to train station, very close to major mall in the area, basically close to everything , there are rooms to improve, internet maybe need to be better , but overall very good stay and I would repeat which I did I suggest this place is okay

In business and shopping complex, easy access to trains to airport

Near train station so can hear the train horn occasionally… Place beside mall but after 10pm.. it is like a dead city… except pub open… the convient store closes at 10pm… If just need a place to sleep only this hotel still ok..

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the stay as this hotel is close to airport railway station and also closed to mall..👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
