Everything is good and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. But it is a shame that the late checkout is only until 12.30 while in other hotels it can be at 13.00

The facilities are quite complete, there is a gym, there is a children's play area, there is an indoor swimming pool. Very good staff service, especially front office: Christine. The location is a bit less strategic. Cleanliness Also Needs to Be Improved. The water in the Indoor Swimming Pool is very dirty but the water has still not been changed. Many of the breakfast menus are empty but Replenish takes a long time.
