The Natio Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Medan will find that the Natio Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel offers easy access to Medan Train Station, just 9km away. This hotel is located near many of Medan's attractions including Masjid Muslimin, Masjid Al-Muhtadun and AW Soccer Park. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
The door lock is a bit difficult to open.. You have to try again and again to be able to.. The hotel lobby lights are a bit dim so it feels like a hotel esek2.. The rest is fine for this harva

Great hotel to stay. Although abit old but it’s well maintained. The hotel is above a vacant shopping mall. Sitting at level 9 to 11 of the vacant mall. The breakfast have a lot of variety.
This hotel is suitable for families, swimming pool, complete facilities, elevator, refrigerator heater, water heater, sweep, we book triple suite, with 2 large beds, comfortable large room, scented clean towels, carpets also the room is very comfortable, His staff is also not very polite, in the middle of the city near carefour, jd the favorite hotel for us 1
I do not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep at the top of the disco. The music plays at night it's just awful 😨 I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights the first night was quiet, the other 2 nights were complete trash. Overall the hotel is gorgeous but the fact that they decided to combine the hotel and the disco is the dumbest idea. The owner of this establishment simply does not care about their customers

Outstanding
PPhilip TheanRoom is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .
NnjqeugeneFirst time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station.
Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.
GGuest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn - Ade was extremely friendly and helpful,, and made our stay so lovely! The bed is super comfortable,-excellent hotel, and all small details have been considered on behalf of guests. Very good value for money. Food is also quite good.nd the coffee at the restaurant is insanely good. Seriously, we are still talking about it. I can't wait to come back and see Ade and the rest of the wonderful staff!
GGuest UserHotel located at decent area, with food surrounding the area. Pros: 1. Great housekeeping and front desk team 2. Staff in this hotel is definitely the highlights 3. They provide WhatsApp number for any request 4. Newly renovated is decently furnished for the price Cons: 1. Shower pressure is extremely weak, and they can't increase it, no matter how you adjust it and even getting engineering to look into it. 2. Facilities is not renovated, i.e swimming pool area. 3. Other guest is a nightmare (part 1) they smoke at the swimming pool area, then proceed to throw cigarette butts and spit into the swimming pool. Treating it like their waste pool. Secondly guest is wearing their full clothing and jump into the swimming pool. What a joke.. 4. Other guest (part 2) inconsiderate guest who is extremely noisy, and kept moving furniture thru out the night 4am and morning 8am, not to mention, they smoke in the non smoking room and the smell gets thru my room, due to shared ventilation. 1mil rupiah fine is too little!! Some suggestions, have a exit direct to swimming pool, instead of going thru smoking room at level 2. Perhaps put non Indonesian couple on the same floor, instead of mixing them with other unruly guest. Have a guard to control people in swimming pool to ensure pool rules is enforced, knowing Indonesian guest have 0 education on following rules.
GGuest UserClean Room, Easy access, Excellent Service, comfortable, nice experience...good job..Like this Hotel Next Trip stay in Hotel I hope next get me other greatfully experience for Working Vacation or Family Trip.
RR2202DJtomhWe only stayed at this hotel because we were attending a wedding reception being held there. I have stayed in more than 150 hotels around the world and for the first time I was required to pay a refundable deposit for a remote control for the A/C. The bathroom is exceedingly tiny. My cat couldn't swing a cat in it. There was no hot water at 5:00pm after we had travelled 5 hours to get there and really needed to freshen up. On our way to dinner, I asked at reception about this and was told that due to ”technical problems” we could only have hot water from 6 - 8AM and from 6 - 8PM. I explained that I did not know about this. The receptionist then showed me a document that I had not seen nor been shown when checking in that explained the situation. I suggested that guests should be informed about this when checking in. Miraculously, the 'technical problems' were resolved the following morning. The staff were not aware of what was happening at the property. We asked if there was live music. The receptionist directed us to two venues on the property, but each was closed. Only the disco was open. The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best. They try to do this barbeque thing at the table, but it fails to deliver. There were plenty of plates, cups, glasses and so on, but only one spoon. There's no light above the cabinet where you make tea or prepare snacks etc. The light above the makeup / grooming mirror was not working. They clearly don't check that everything is working when they clean the rooms. The furniture, carpets, cabinetry, wall coverings etc are very dated. However, the bed was comfortable and the wall covering behind the bed was relatively new. There's no safe in the room. I know that safes are expense and there are always technical problems, but pretty much every property that says it's 4-star has a room safe. The worst part from a safety perspective is that the elevator doors close within a very short time. I injured my arm as the door closed on me within 5 or so seconds and hit me quite hard. A petite granny could have been seriously injured. No-one seems to care. It's an obvious problem and should have been fixed. The restaurant did not stock beer or wine or any other alcoholic beverage. It's a property that management doesn't seem to care about. The staff are helpful, willing, courteous and respectful, but not properly trained. This is a sign that management or ownership doesn't give a toss.
ИИгорь БушинExcellent location, nearby are a couple of good shopping centers, a bunch of banks, although only BCA works with Union Pay, but it’s just a couple of steps away. The hotel itself fully meets expectations, large apartments, clean, everything is there, including a kitchen, although without pans and pots :)) Breakfast is beyond praise, ordering food by phone works well. The only thing that could be improved is to slightly update the interior. But in general everything is OK.
ZZhi WeiGrand Sakura 4*Hotel is conveniently located near Medan Centerpoint and Railway Train Station. Excellent facilities such as 2 restaurants, services booking counter, tidbits selling counter, 2 elevators lift and a team of friendly concierge staffs dressed in Indonesian Batik uniform. Buffet breakfast (7-10am) offered good Nasi Lemak and noodles. Do try the plain tea with sugar after a spicy meal to reset the palate. Decent standard room comes with fridge, safe etc. However, an unconnected WIFI as a results I had to use my 4G data mobile hotspot for my laptop and the room power socket points are few.
Nearby spot a crowded and delicious eateries outlet (KUPI) runs by BAI Train where you can try Indonesian foods, DimSum and Western. Do make order payment at the centre counter before proceeding to inform stalls. I did it with Google Translate App. (Eng to Indo)
Pics also shown my preferred room drink and biscuits available at Medan supermarket.
HHorasSamosirMore than 10 years ago I was a very regular visitor of the Dharma Deli Hotel. Having seen from the outside some changes we decided to check out the Grand Inna Hotel, just for the fun of it. Walking in the hotel I noted the De Boer plaquette, which I appreciated. At first glance walking to the Reception nothing changed. A later closer inspection learned that the Karaoke Bar disappeared, the rooms in the back have been demolished and the swimming pool got a new location and the relocation of the restaurant. However, what really changed was the age of the staff, much much younger and everywhere very friendly and service oriented. This very well compensating for some issues which have been reported upon by other reviewers. A few remarks: Positive: The windows in our room could be opened The WIFI was perfect The Steamboat, quality/price wise, turned out much better than expected Location. A few steps away from Merdeka walk Breakfast suggestion: With minimum efforts the Continental Breakfast spread can be much improved. Start with a freshly baked crispy baquette, put in some good cheese and cold cut meat and possibly some beef bacon. Looking at the total package, cost and quality wise, I am happily giving the Grand Inna 5 stars.
