I participated in the training at the conference room on the 2nd floor: 1. The hotel staff was not properly prepared from the projector to the speakers, etc. The projection screen had to be pulled up high and had to be tied with a rope to prevent falling, and the speakers were left with echo from the session. Guests had not been drinking anything from the previous day, there was no correction (even though it was time), the staff made a mess of preparations and then dumped the furniture, causing broken glass and cabinets everywhere. 2. The customer hired a training/seminar but the staff Not being careful, coming in and out making noise, from preparing tea breaks to talking to each other, listening to the phone, leaving the phone ringing, etc. There was also a friend stirring coffee and drinking with a jingling spoon while the guests were gathering at the conference. 3. The two elevator doors keep opening from time to time (passengers go by the wrong way) because they share a wall with the conference room, affecting the study session. 4. When eating rice, some dishes are extremely salty, and the glass is so dirty that I don't dare drink water. 5. When it comes to staying, I haven't stayed here yet but my friend used to stay. He reported that he had booked a room but was given the wrong room, not prepared, the night of check-in there was a lack of blankets, pillows, etc.
