Ace Inn Matsumoto Reviews

The hotel is in the good location to walk 2-3 minutes only from Matsumoto station and opposite to Matsumoto bus terminal where is easy to go any places that you have planned to visit places. The size of the room quite small but for 1 person, be OK. The view from the room.

Spent a night at Ace Inn Matsumoto, it was super convenient as it was just a short walk from the train station. They received my luggage beforehand and even placed it in my room, which was really helpful. There’s a little table of amenities in the lobby, so you can just grab what you need. Aircon worked well and you can adjust the strength. Breakfast was alright, pretty standard, but does the job. Only bad part was that there was a slight smoke smell in my room, even though it was supposedly Non-Smoking.

Convenient location, 2 min walk from JR Station, easy to go in and leave by JR. Longer breakfast time until 9:30, cheerful for relaxation trip. I recommended.

Modern and business hotel near the Matsumoto JR station, it is just next door to the station. So far everything is good. Recommend people for short stay.

The hotel is so close to the Matsumoto station, making it super convenient for those that arrive late or need to leave early from the city. The room is nice and clean with the staff being super nice. The breakfast buffet also include good variety of food, so it’s a great place to stay when you’re visiting the city of Matsumoto.

When we entered the hotel, there was a strong smell of food. The reception was extremely respectful and helpful. The hotel room, bed and bathroom were smaller than expected. The television was outdated. I cannot say anything positive about the hotel itself, except for the location and the staff. Even the exterior of the building did not look good.

Hotel is just a stone throw away from the Matsumoto train station. You have to do self check in. I arrived at the hotel early and hotel staff allowed me to leave my luggage at three hotel while I walk around town till check in time. Many amenities around the area for food. The bus terminal is just opposite the hotel. Visited Matsumoto castle and the city alps park. The park is a must go. You can either hike there or take the city bus from the bus terminal.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided is standard Japanese meal however there are many variety and tasty.

Good service. First, we booked "smoking room" due to "non-smoking" was not available. Hotel officer changed us to non-smoking, Goodness ! Enjoy breakfast, good + delicious. Enjoy free coffee & tea (afternoon to aftermidnight)

🌈 We were SUPER THANKFUL for the EXCELLENT location 🤗 It was easy to get to the different places around Matsumoto 👏🏼 However, we were a little disappointed that the double room was a little squeezy as the floor area was small 💬 Even the double bed 🛏️ was actually too small for 2 persons 👤👤 We wanted to book the twin room but it was fully booked during our period of stay 😉 Nonetheless, the hotel was still a huge blessing to us as the location is what matters more to us 🤗 Thank you very much, Staff of Matsumoto 🏆 We enjoyed the yummylicious daily breakfast & complimentary coffee at the lobby of your hotel 🍱 ☕️
